Many times if I cannot immediately transfer a design [i.e. updating older phone cases that don't exist anymore, to newer ones that do], where you find a gamut of products to transfer - just not immediately to another phone case. You can copy and paste. The old process still works, if traditional copy and paste doesn't work. The copy function appears if you right click on the design area. Open another product you wish to transfer it to, in a separate tab. On the new product, use the text box to add anything simple (i.e. an "a" or a "1"), then right click over the design area of the new product, and now the Paste will be there. Click paste and it should paste your design as a layer. Next, go back to delete the "a" or "1" text layer. You've just copied and pasted your old design onto a new product.

Just a heads up for others and I hope it helps if you find the same issue. I noticed that my postcards and notepads were not showing up in the appropriate Marketplace Department even though the appropriate department is selected. The postcards were showing up under Greeting Cards and the notepads were displayed under Post-It notes. I had to go into Edit Details, click change in the Marketplace Department (even though the appropriate department was selected) then click the correct department again. All products were immediately gone from the incorrect department and in the correct one. I’m guessing changes in the background somehow affected those and there may be more I haven't found yet.

Some days ago I discovered how AI (google.gemini or Meta AI) can help to come up with a better title and keywords. Here are my steps: I go to the product I would like to have better title and keywords with Download one of the mockups Upload the mockup to an AI Generator and ask for title, description and 10 keywords. You can specifiy the length of the description and the lengtht of the title. Check the results. Do not forget to add to the description that the product is customizable. Go to the product, click on "Edit details" and copy and paste. Have fun!

I would like to share my tips for newbies I wrote to somebody when they asked how to promote a sale, I hope somebody new will find it useful. Here are my tips: You can promote your sale on X former Twitter you have to have an account, on Pinterest, on Facebook, on Instagram and of course on Zazzle adding smart tags and product description and title, learn to create mockups to help present your product positively, write a descriptive About page, add your own photo, Zazzle mentions it’s important to be marketed on Zazzle. And most of all create products you love yourself so you would believe in them and I believe your first customers will come. Decide what’s fair royalty to set for you and your customers. That’s for starters. Oh and create a beautiful store with lovely banners 🙂 Promote your store among your friends, neighbours and acquaintances also. Good luck on Zazzle and all the best! And keep asking questions, I don’t know where I would be now without awesome people who answered all my questions, thank you to them very much ❤️. And showcase your products at Show me board, we all love to see what everybody comes up with in their store to cheer them up. Welcome to Zazzle and like I said good luck to you in your Zazzle sales and new awesome adventure as a designer on Zazzle!

Yesterday I discovered a method to create mockups for Zazzle products. I have some hip flasks in my shop which I need to promote more, so I was looking for mockups online. I only found ones which you have to pay for. I have an account on ChatGPT, so I wondered whether I could create mockups with ChatGPT. And yes, it is possible! I followed these steps: I went to "Downloads" and downloaded an image of the flask- I went to ChatGPT and uploaded said image. I wrote the following text: "Can you create a mockup with the above image? I want to show the flask standing on a table". I then got the following image: I downloaded the image and I am using it now in my X promotion. In order to add it to the Zazzle mockups on the product page you have to enlarge it. I hope this post is useful!

My store Veselka means Rainbow in Ukrainian My store is very simplistic and I don’t know how to improve it. Do I need to create mock ups? Please take a look and let me know what would you add if it was your store? Thank you so much in advance for your advice and any help.

People often post here about the Sell It Button not working, grayed out, or not available. Reasons why may include the following: One. Creator started to edit a product designed by another creator. If you want to sell the product, you need to start with a blank product. Here is one place where you can get to all the blank products. https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts Two. Creator started to edit a blank product, however, added an ICON or a designer BACKGROUND to the product. All the ICONS seen on the left panel of the design tool are available ONLY for customization and purchase by the shopper. If you apply a Zazzle supplied ICON such as an occupation, and ornament or a cat, you will see a grayed out sell it button and will not be able to sell this product. The only shapes you can use on a product you will post for sale, are the circle, square, triangle and line, or any shape you upload yourself. As for backgrounds, the plain colors are saleable. But if you choose a background from "Most Popular Backgrounds" , you can add the item to your cart, but you will not ever see the sell button. You are welcome to make your own background and upload that to your images. If you do that you will be able to sell the product. THREE. Greeting cards will not show a SELL IT button if you have chosen NONE as the envelope type.

For those who wish to double-check their Royalties and Referrals using Excel (or equivalent), I created a quick-and-dirty file which can be downloaded on (link removed for security concerns)
Quite sure the link wouldn't be allowed here and not even sure if ^that text is allowed, but if Mods are cool and leave it, remember the disclaimer: Don't take candy or files from strangers. I know it's just a simple spreadsheet, but download at your risk, scan it with virucide, or use your ex's computer to get back at him to give it a whirl.
If you're risk averse, you can recreate it using the JPG below.
Column A is just description;
Column B is numbers and math;
Column C tells you the designation/name of the cells in Column B to the left of C; and
Column D is part description and, where applicable, actual formulas in Column B.
Where you see YELLOW highlight, you drop in numbers.
Where you see NO COLOR or ORANGE, those are calculated for you or picked up from your Yellows.
You'll grab your Selling Price from the top number of a Royalty paid; you'll grab your Upgrades/Options Price from the bottom number of a Royalty paid (think envelopes and extras where we only get paid 5%; sometimes there is nothing at 5% -- just enter ZERO). Your Royalty Rate you know, of course, and your Department Rates are there to the right in gloomy gray for easy reference.
All that said, it's way past my bedtime -- if anyone sees any mistakes, please tell me (be gentle... or funny -- I'll take either 😏).
Hope it's helpful. 😊 Generally speaking we are, after all, creatives and not mathletes, so it may take a thing off your plate.
@idraw > In response to your message that I can *read* but not respond to because I might be a bot. 😁

Did you already figure this one out? If not, let me explain for anyone who hasn't. If you pick any font, and it's not bold enough, you can use the Text Stroke feature. Just use the Stroke color, in the same color font you choose, and then use the slider or number feature to figure out how much you want it bolder. I.e. Your font is black and too thin, you want it bolder, use the text stroke in black (exact same color). The same is true with making fonts that are too bold, and you want the font to look thinner. Use the Text Stroke feature, but this time, you would match your color to the background color - *note this only works on solid color backgrounds. I.e. Your font is black and bold already, your background is solid white. Using the Text Stroke, choose white, and make your font as thin as you want it to look.

It's almost four in the morning. I started around midnight. I know I'm not stupid and if I just work on something I usually figure it out. All I wanted to do was change the text on the back of my postcard and add a low opacity image. Never found the opacity tool but I just did it like I used to and uploaded the image. It only took me three and a half hours but I think I found all of the tools I needed. I clicked and searched and clicked some more. It's what has to be done for any new software. I feel pretty confident I can do most of what I did with old tool. New one is a lot jerkier than the old tool. So much moving all over the screen to different tool bars but I'll get used to it. A major weight lifted as I have lots of old postcards to fix. Not really sure why this design tool had to be changed. Old one was much nicer but...I'm only the artist. Not my decision to make. Going to bed a happy camper.
