If you struggle writing product descriptions, blog content, social media posts of replying to customers due to 2nd language issues, or any other you may find this free online tool helpful.

https://quillbot.com/

You add your text on the left, then select how you want it re-written. Try the different options and you will be amazed at how brilliantly it rewrites the content for you.

Note I am NOT an affiliate for this company and am not sponsored in any way by them. I found it myself a while back and find it very helpful. I am posting this after seeing another creator note their difficulty in this area. If you can suggest other great tools, please do so in comments.

I tried because it looked really interesting and possibly helpful in slightly re-phrasing design descriptions among a product line. But you can only us the "fluency" option ("ensures text is readable and free of errors"). You need the Premium version to unlock all the other features and that's $20 a month. 😮

You have 'standard and fluency' FREE, and for writing descriptions, communicating with customers, free version is adequate, hence my recommendation.  For more writing (blogs etc, you can benefit from premium.. I have the premium version, it is $8.33 per month NOT $20. (Annual subscription).

Premium you get many more features and annual fee is under $10 pcm. Depends what your needs are.

Yes, it breaks down to $8.33 a month but you're billed for a full 12 months/$100 at once. For a successful designer of your level you probably recoup that expense in a matter of days. For most though I think $100 is a lot to lay down. I'm not knocking the free version as being useful, just answering Alma's question as to whether it's "totally free". And that answer is no, not if you want to play with most of the options.

No one suggested anyone pay for it, the free version is adequate for those the post was intended for. 'Readable and free of errors' (to quote you) is what many non-English speakers want assistance with.

I used the free version very happily until I needed a 'higher word count' to go through. I mainly use 'fluency' which is available on the free version.

I have no vested interest in this company, just suggesting it because it IS helpful, I found it such as the free version, sufficiently so, to pay for the premium.

Occasionally I use it to see if I can add a 'friendlier' tone to my writings because being Autistic I struggle to add this. It doesn't come naturally. But generally, this recommendation as stated is for those for whom English is a second language based on a creators difficulties re this in another thread.

I do too! That's the WORST part of having a Zazzle business!

It is. I may write something for my website and use the 'creative mode' (I think this is only available with a subscription) and it makes it read sooooooooo much nicer. It's kinda magic the way it works. I need to make more use of it.

This is because we hardly write.

Writing is also a from of art and the words are the inspiration, more you write more you get lost in the world of words.
