Delete your products made from images you don't have rights to. If you're unsure, start by hiding and you can consult someone who knows more about Canva's terms.

@ZazzleCharmI have no clue about Canva education but if you know that there are/could be/will be some copyright conflicts go - no run and delete the listings in question asap. That's what I would do.

I have done many designs, now I don't understand which picture has copyright claim and which one doesn't. If Zazzle makes copyright claims like this, will my account be banned?

As far as I've seen, Z takes down IP-infringing products as they're reported or discovered when reviewed if someone orders it, they don't ban accounts for such incidents. I'd be more concerned about using Zazzle in your name & logo as that implies you're an official store by Zazzle.

If they think you've really just made an honest mistake they are lenient... but I have seen stores completely removed when they are all/mostly violating items ... or when the person persists and reposts things they've already been told they cannot..

Yes, and that's a very good thing. I just meant incidents of people making honest mistakes, not repeated violators intentionally thieving.

Delete those products if they haven't been taken down already.

This is what I get when asking about commercial use for Canva Education.

Can I use Canva.edu for commercial?

Canva for Education users may only use Pro content for educational, non-commercial purposes. If you want to create designs for commercial purposes, you'll need to create a second team in your Canva account and use that brand for those designs.

It would appear from your terms of agreement with Canva, because of the type of account you have, they all do.... Zazzle is not the one who will make any 'claims' - that would be up to the copyright owners, but if they do lodge a complaint with Zazzle and your account is found to be blatantly in violation you will run the risk of having it shut down. I would encourage you, as the others have to take the initiative to delete items on your own. Best to have lived, learned and owned up to/ corrected your mistake, rather than taking the chance that no one will notice.

Yeah - it sucks to lose a lot of hard work - but remember, nothing is ever truly free... it's always the result of someone's hard work... Some person made those images you've used and is likely being paid by Canva each time one of the subscribers uses those images. Your educational account allows you to use the images that others pay for, for free, as a courtesy to educators and students, but not to resell. If that is going to happen the creator of those images deserves their compensation too..

I have had to delete items from my store due to copyright.  It sucks, but it's the right thing to do.  Now, I double check every resource I have, and if I'm not sure, I don't use it.  Some things to be wary of in content:  "For educational purposes" or "for editorial use" generally mean you can't use it for commercial purposes.  Also, some sites permit commercial use, but NOT print-on-demand sites like Zazzle.  I had to remove some things because of that.

You can to find a graphic program you can use to create on like Inkscape (which is free) or Adobe (which is subscription). You can purchase clip art that is licensed to you to use for commercial use by that purchase. You need to read the fine print on any services.

Hello!
Regarding Canva, don’t use Canva for Education in any way to produce products for sale. (Even if they were originally created for your own use in your classroom.)

For the most part, if you get a separate Canva account (even free), you should be able to use free items only on products. If you choose to subscribe for Canva Pro, you get some extra features that are helpful (Eg. Background removal, more and larger options for exports, etc), but you CANNOT use premium items in your designs you plan to sell…

Hope this helps!
