I emailed Pantone, and they said we can't use their color names. I asked specifically if it was OK to use the name without the word "Pantone," and they didn't specify that- they just said don't use their property including color names.
Personally, I don't think it would hold up in court for most of their color names, like Marsala or Classic Blue. But Peach Fuzz is a gray area, so I would avoid it. And anyway, none of us have the means to fight them in court! And meanwhile they would get Zazzle to take down our designs.
