Excuse me again, I went on some of these nice christmas invitation cards. I wonder why the customization is totally different from my products, you have an extra page, which looks more complicated and overwhelmed, but in my templates you upload photos, the text directly on the product page. Am I doing all the time something wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong at all Zazzle offers different customization flows depending on how the designer sets up the product. Some templates use the “Personalize” button, which lets customers add photos and text directly on the product page. Others use the “Edit Design” flow, which opens a separate page with layered elements and more detailed controls.
I sometimes use the layered design flow for my invitations because it gives customers more flexibility with layout and styling. It might look more complex at first, but it’s great for people who want to fine-tune their invitations
