Hi. I just created a new tier one category: Greeting Cards. I also added subcategories under that, starting with the category, Holidays. But now I cannot delete my old tier one Holiday category; Zazzle is showing that all the cards I moved from it are still under it somehow, yet they also show up under the tier one Greeting Cards category. It's as if it sees my new subcategory of Holidays as the same as the tier one Holidays category. Thanks so much for any help! : ) Cheryl

Give it time. Changes to categories have always been slow to take effect, often a day or two, and right now it seems there's a longer lag-time than usual for many things.

I am having trouble with categories. The products I am creating won't go into their category. And I can't delete categories and make changes.

Zazzle's site now takes quite some time to shuffle products into and out of categories. You may think changes have happened on the back end but check public to see if products have been moved as you asked.

Just came here to post the same issue. Im trying to tidy up and make my category images better but anything that I add doesn't show. I will just carry on and give it time.
