opening a store

i have tried everything to open a store.  it appears to be a clear cut process but i am not able to open the store.  i tried several times and deleted it.  i hit sell on zazzle and even created my store and image i want to place on the mug however, the sell button is grey and not activated.  i reviewed my personal account and the email is correct.  is there something i am missing.

Did you choose a blank product or did you try to revise another designer’s design? You have to use a new, blank product.

Did you use one of the design elements meant for customers (other than a shape, line, or text tool) on the design tool? You can’t use design elements or photos available for customers.

Both of these things will prevent you from being able to choose the Sell button.

Have a read through the help files for setting up a new store. If a store name is already taken - then you won't be able to use it

as @Jadendreamer13 said, if you are trying to add element from the design tool that are for customers only (not designers to sell) the sell button won't appear.
