Organizing products in collection

I cannot figure out how to organize my products in a collection.

Me neither! I used to be able to delete a product from collection and then when I added it back, it would rise to top. This no longer seems to work.  I have not tried desktop since I have come back. I can't see any way to organize the products in a collection when working on touchscreen.

I'm using a desktop and can't figure it out on there. Very frustrating!😠 Not that I don't have a gazillion other things to do (like promotion). 😆

Q: How do I re-order products in my collection? 

A: Easy, just click, drag and drop your item to its preferred position by using the filtering option on the right next to “add products” (It may take up to 24 hours to index through the site). I figured it out. When you are on you collection page, you just click on the product, release, then scroll up or down and place in the position you want it, then click again to set it there. I have to use the page up and page down keys on my keyboard to move up or down.

None of the above work for me, just once in a while it seems to stick. Usually everything is jumping up and down the screen and not sticking anywhere. And of course it's a nightmare that everything that is fresh and new, is added to the bottom of the list.

I LIKE the new products to be added to the end of the list! I have mostly wedding suites arranged by most important things first (like the invitation suite), and I don't want to have to rearrange the order of the products each time I add new products! However, all of a sudden, for me anyway, they are back to adding the products to the start, and now rearranging them doesn't stick! When I close out and come back later, they are back to being unorganized!
