Strange Category I did NOT Add to my store

So, I found a very strange category in one of my stores that I Absolutely 100% am sure I did not add - its written in German - it has no products in it.. thank goodness because if it did Id want to know who added them.. how did this happen and by who?

I’ve come across categories in my stores that looked like they were in Arabic.  They ultimately corrected themselves, so hopefully it’s just a temporary glitch.
