Zazzle images for store categories?

Are we allowed to use Zazzle's product images for our store category thumbnails. I feel like I need a photo of a shoe with a design on it instead of just the design by itself for a shoe category, for example, and I haven't bought any of my own products.

If I am understanding your question …
Create a shoe product with one of your images on it, take a screenshot of it,go to its category or create a category for it, click on edit, replace/change the default  image to the shoe product screenshot you just took. Drag the screenshot onto the upload area when prompted and it will upload to and appear in your image folder. Click on the screenshot that now shows in your image folder and it then shows as the category image. After confirming that it is now the category image, you can delete it from your image folder. . Btw, I just followed the steps just to check my explanation, the only issue you might encounter is that it gives the customer the impression that the category only contains shoes if it contains other products than just shoes.  Hope this explains it in a way that works for you. Geez, it’s easier to do than to explain.
Great question btw.

A long time ago a fellow Zazzler posted this tool: https://pinnable.colleenmichele.com/
This will provide images of YOUR Zazzle products.

I seem to remember another toole (Same Zazzler?) who generated HEADERS, but can not locate in my saved links. Anyone else remember?

I used to save images of the tile with my design and upload it to fill in the category picture. The last few times I tried, say six months or more, an error message comes up not allowing the image to be loaded to use. Is there a fix for this. I miss the ability to add a quick image and leave much empty.
