@blushroses, I just realized I may have misunderstood your issue in my earlier response. In re-looking at your post, it seems that you are talking about getting a bad customer review due to a delivery problem and not due to your design. Is that right? If so, I would say that is not a technical issue or bug in Zazzle. The mods will read this and can determine which thread to place this under - maybe "Ask a Question" ? When a customer writes a review, it could be about any aspect of their Zazzle experience: the order, the product quality, the print quality, the design, the shipping, etc.
