Are your "Sales Summary" and "Royalty History" matching up?

I normally see the two match up on a daily basis, and if there is a discrepancy I can find the cancellation that causes the difference. The last few days there always appears to be a difference (not in my favor) that I can not account for. Now it may be that it's a cancellation and refund that I haven't found. How far back does Zazzle apply it's refund policy? (Update it's 30 days).

Is there a way to see when a refund occurred or sort them to see most recent date done?

Anybody else think they may have a problem?

Things have gone slow again hence I have noticed it. Here is an example

24th January sales according to Summary - 10 for $23.69. Sales according to Royalty History 11 for $25.73 this suggest a cancellation and refund  somewhere of -$2.04. But I can't find one.

23rd January Sales from Summary $17.51 sales from Royalty History $19.48. Suggesting a cancellation / refund of -$1.97. Again cannot find one.

Percentage wise that is quite a big discrepancy.
