Automatic change of font moved my text template

Took me a minute to figure out what happened here but the Blooming Elegant series of fonts has gone away and the numbers here were changed to the new Dongle font. Moved the entire text box so it doesn't align correctly anymore.

I've already gone through and corrected the location and submitted to replace, but I'm in trouble if this is what's going to happen with the font replacement as I used this particular font a lot.

I am worried about my use with this font, too. I am in a situation where I have verticle text on some things and since this particular type of blooming elegant font was off center to begin with I would have to adjust it so it would show centered on my actual design. The problem I see is the font that is being used to replace it is naturally centered so it's throwing the text off center. So sorry you used this extensively. It will be so much work for me, too, to fix these particular fonts.

Wait, they got rid of the Blooming Elegant set????? That ruins half my wedding suites!!!!!!!

They are slowing coming in. The good news most are looking ok. However this is one my bestsellers they are all buggered the hearts are all out of wack and the fonts on some must be wider so weeks of work opening and sorting this out what a nightmare!

  I have encountered some problems as well with placement / location where the Morgana's font replaced Blooming Elegant Script. I found this in my products with Blooming Elegant Script in vertical text, so I wonder if this problem is only happening in vertical text. Please see the image below with an example. 

I was very careful while designing this menu to leave enough space so all letters will fit without going over the last name, and now this font replacement messed it all up!

I found a second issue, after changing the text in the template text box several times the decorative tail changed to a very long tail that no longer fits in place and modifies the design completely. See example below:

Many brides order these menus in batches, now they won't be able to complete their menus to match, and when they come back to complete their order they will find out  that the name tail is not working properly after a few tries! 

Zazzle please let me know if I have to change the name location on my own and replace the product. This menu style comes in many color options and does sell frequently, or is Zazzle going to fix it behind the scenes. Also, even if I manually change the name location to fit properly in all of my menus, there is still the issue with the decorative tail changing to a different tail style after a few tries... How should I proceed?

Hi everyone, as an update, great news, it seams that the swash (decorative tails) at the end of the names on my menus has been fixed (issue #2).  Even after editing the name several times, the name is displayed correctly with a short swash at the end.  Not sure if the issue was fixed in all products across Zazzle though. Since there was no response from Zazzle here on the forum, I did end up sending an email to Zazzle, letting them know about the problem I was having with all my menus, with links to each one of them so they could assess them.

Unfortunately, Issue #1 with the location of the text, has not been fixed yet. I'm wondering if we are expected to make the adjustment ourselves and "replace" each product, one by one. Has anyone got the text location fixed by Zazzle? Or are you all fixing and replacing each product yourselves?

I have had the text alignment move on one of my designs as well. Who do we contact to have this addressed? Or are we expected to have to redo the whole design over again....

Can we PLEASE have the 'blooming elegant set' back!!!! It was the sans serif font I used for almost all my invitations and it's replaced by 'open sans condensed light' and it looks not good, the blooming elegant font was more bold and playful!!
