Can't pin the different views anymore after latest changes / realview

You have recently made changes that now prevent me from pinning different views other than the default option. This is super frustrating as the default isn't always the best one to pin. In this case I was going to pin the t-shirt without the woman but just is no way to do this anymore. Please help as this is important for promoting... and I don't have the time to download and do the link overs the manual way! If you want us to self promote please throw us a bone 🍖 and not make even more work for us... Thanks 💖

Using Zazzle's Share icon, or Pinterest's browser add-on, I can pin any view I want from the product page. It's only using the Share menu from the back-end product listing where you can only share whatever is the default view.

I wrote about this new Realview months ago.  But obviously nothing ever reverted back to how it used to be.  This one view sharing option happens via my smartphone.  It is very frustrating that we can no longer choose which "view" of the item that we want to share a Pin to Pinterest!  Sometimes I like to choose different views of the same item to share to that sites boards, but since this change am stuck with only one view option coming up to share to Pin!  It was so much better before this change months ago.  This happens via my Android phone that only the default image view shows when sharing a Pin.  I can click onto the product image via my Zazzle store to see all the different views via my Android phone, but cannot click on that pop-up window of views to then share a Pin to Pinterest, as you have to close it out and share only the default image.  99% of my time I've used my phone to share Pins to Pinterest for a long time, but now can only choose a "different" item view via a PC or laptop, so not as convenient anymore.  Don't know why Zazzle stopped allowing sharing Pins of different item views via the smartphone?  At least with my Android.  I don't know if it's now the same with iPhone too as I don't use that.

It works again for me now!  

I just fiddled around with this again via my Android smartphone and it looks like there was a change made to now be able to select the Item View Image of the Individual Pin that you want to directly share to Pinterest from your Zazzle store via the Pinterest icon link, but you have to have the browser Desktop Layout Mode set to Off! 

Previously via my phone since the new Realview change it did not matter if I had desktop layout mode on or off, either way I was only able to select the default image to directly share an individual pin to Pinterest via my store (couldn't select images from the pop-up showing the different image views) and I would check now and then with desktop mode on and off.   But now noticed with desktop layout mode turned off all of the item thumbnail images show on my smartphone like they used to, and when I clicked on the Zazzle share button, then on the Pinterest link a window opens also showing all of the item image views to be able to select which view you want, and at the bottom is a Pinterest board noted with a pencil that it can go to or click on that to change to a different board and click save.  So I'm glad to see we can once again select any item image view we want to share pins from again via our smartphone.  Though generally I prefer Desktop Layout Mode set to On while on my smartphone because the item pages show more things just like being on a PC.  But for now at least setting it this way for sharing individual item views directly to Pinterest via our Zazzle store works.!  Thank you!

EDIT:   Can a technical mod look into this for us please?  Something is not right.

Just a short while ago I tested this and it WORKED via my Android smartphone with Desktop Layout Mode set to Off, where I WAS able to now click on a Zazzle item while logged in to my Store (whether my own items, or from other artist's store items) and share an Individual Item with an item view of my choice from the small item thumbnails that were listed by each item, directly to my Pinterest Boards via the Pinterest icon link.

I fnd it very odd that since writing that post an hour or so ago, that I just tried to share one of my own Individual items directly from my store again while logged in via the share Pinterest link, but could NO longer select an image view of my choice, as now the small thumbnails were not listed! Now whether I put my smartphone in Desktop Layout Mode set to Off or On I get the same Realview "default single image" again (and you have to click on it for the pop-up to view the different views of the item, but you have to exit out of it and share ONLY the default view!)  So annoying. 

Why would that happen now after only a short while ago today it WAS working with Desktop Layout Mode set to Off, like I wrote above?

Can a mod please see what's going on?  Thank you.

Previously after clicking the Pinterest option, you were able to choose which preview/in situ image you wanted to use on your Pin?

Hi Mark,  Thank you for responding.  Yes, via my Samsung smartphone yesterday I ended up turning Desktop Layout Mode to OFF and then to my surprise (and I was happy) right there by the item were all of the small thumbnails to click on, just like it always was for years (before the new Realview change months back).  I was logged in from my backend store and tested my own designed images and from several other people's stores and each time I clicked on the product the small thumbnails were there near it, and I was able to click on whichever thumbnail view I wanted, and then clicked on the share button and Pinterest share button and the next pop-up Pinterest screen also showed all of the items different views and I was able to click which item image view I wanted to save to a Pinterest board.  It was nice and easy!   

Then I was sad to see yesterday after posting above message about how it now worked for me, that option was now gone shortly afterwards while I still had Desktop Layout Mode turned Off and went to share a Pin to Pinterest directly again from my backend store, but now the item view listed was the default view, with the Realview showing again.  It was very strange.  

Can someone please look into it .  As clearly it worked yesterday like it used to do for years.  🙂
