Can't post canvas prints for sale

When I try to publish a new canvas print either from transferring from a poster to stretched canvas or editing an existing canvas I get "something went wrong".

Update-still not working but the ones I tried to create are starting to show up in my backend as published.

Hi Beth, I don't have a link because every time I try to post it, I encounter an error, and the product doesn't get posted. I've also tried clearing the cache, but I still encounter the same issue. This has been happening since last Sunday.

It started yesterday where I cannot publish. I have a perfectly completed post form ...as far as how I often do it if it is not a holiday etc.
At the bottom in red letters..."something went wrong."

Add me to another person who can't post.  I get the dreaded "Something Went Wrong" error in the lower left corner of my browser.  I tried Chrome and Edge.  I also cleared my cache and cookies.  Nothing is solving this.

I am having the same issue posting canvas, tried to create a handful of products with no luck : Something went wrong... with Safari and Firefox on Mac.

I also am not able to post canvas prints. Keep getting the Something went wrong. I've tried multiple ways.

Has anyone been able to figure this out? It kept happening to me yesterday all afternoon. I seriously thought I was doing something wrong!

Nope. If I went to edit canvas products i made before the issue...it breaks it. So...if you have some working ones...leave them alone.

I had the same issue, then retried several times with the same design before giving up. And later I saw that the print had been published three times… It worked, just an inappropriate message!

This is happening again, but with notecards.  Only this time, I haven't been able to sort of backdoor to see if it was there like I did the with the stretched canvas.

Hello, similar problem here, but with Christmas cards.

When I try to publish Christmas cards, the „sell it button” has disappeared. With the edited christmas cards same problem no „sell it button”.

For other products, e.g. the wedding and birthday cards okay, the sell it button is there and working.

Hi @Lilypaperdesign for Christmas cards you have to uncheck the “ logo & independent creator mark “ box as per screenshot below then the Sell it button will appear. You can tick it again to remove the logo under “change options” as you complete the post product for sale page if you don’t want it on your card.

Thanks Sandra, unfortunately it's not a "creator mark" problem. That's easier to solve.


I can't publish new Christmas cards, because "sell it button" has disappeared. It doesn't work at all, neither with a new created card nor with a modified older card. There is only a "personalize" button. (It's probably a technical error, because for other products, e.g. the wedding and birthday cards okay, the sell it button is there and working.)
