For days now I cannot favor a product (give a red heart). This is not just my products but when I am viewing another storekeeper. I keep getting this message that "This collection already has 20,000 products..."
First, I am favoring a product and not adding it to a collection. Has anyone else had this issue?
I have cleared my browser cache and even did some clean-up scans on my laptop. But the issue is still there. The photo is another storekeeper's product to show that it is not just on my products.

When you "Like" a product, it goes into your account "Likes" tab. Perhaps this has a limit on how many you can add to it??? Mine currently shows 33 - what does yours show?

I guess I have been very generous. I have 20,317 results. That would fall into the number shown in the image. Though it mentions collections and not liking products.

I think you've just discovered the upper limit for likes, Sandy. 🙂

I guess I did. I had no idea that I liked it so much. I would have gotten it, if the wording was that I reached my limit for likes and not collection.

I suppose that the software engineers at Zazzle have used the collection feature to manage the products we like. You have surely reached the upper threshold, and probably that the message displayed here is the same as in regular collections, so even though the max seems to be set to 20000 for this very specific collection type, it says that it is 300 because it’s hardcoded somewhere. I won’t add what I think about it as an ex-software project manager and ex-software engineer. 😂😂 Congratulations on being the first one to see the message! 😊

I feel like I need to show some fireworks to celebrate this milestone. 😃
