Why am I suddenly getting "I am not a robot" reCAPTCHAs every single time I post a product tonight? I haven't been posting too many or too fast. I just started and have only posted 6 products so far.

Same here. It's slowing me down...

ETA: Now, in addition to the CAPTCHA, I am getting the image verification tests.

Same here! It just started this morning, first with the Captcha box and now, additionally, the image verification every single time, quite annoying.

Exactly, and it's not just click the "I'm not a robot", it's the pick a dozen pictures and pass the test one.  It's slows everything down and it's obnoxious!  Please get rid of this Zazzle.  Even if you just do it ONCE and then not again for that day it would be better than every single time.  Zazzle is upping their game in so many really good ways, but this is a step way down.  Please reconsider.

4 pm 10/25/22 This is more than an inconvenience. PLEASE fix asap the recaptcha that is appearing with EVERY SINGLE product I create. Yesterday was bad enough, but it is still happening today. Recaptcha,with the images being pixelated and extremely dark. Very frustrating!

As a designer/ creator, this is absolutely EXHAUSTING!!!
This issue has  been happening for almost THREE MONTHS with EVERY PRODUCT!!!

Not only am I getting CAPTCHA but also must IMAGE VERIFY SEVERAL TIMES PER POST!!!
PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I'm sure you will agree.

You posted this almost a year ago, and now the Captcha gets even more annoying. I know you don't want bots, but you can do image recognition like 1 or 2 times a day, not for every single product! I thought Zazzle is a serious company and that is the reason I chose it to post my art and my designs. I spent a huge amount of time to post on this platform and if the things continue in this fashion with the annoying captchas, I will have to stop posting here and promoting for a while till this issue gets resolved and maybe finding a different platform in the meantime and focus my time and efforts there. And I heard even people who go on the website to buy that they cannot get past captchas. Hope the company really takes in consideration our complaints and solve this issue

Yep one more problem for me. I am still trying to get the top of page banner and discounts (in red at sides of items) to show up in Chrome. If I buy something using Chrome I get no sales. Then the CAPTCHA happens last night to make more work. I hate the pictures sometimes they are too dark to see and some of the things just don't look like the word. Then how much of the bus is supposed to be clicked on?    I think that is a sad system. I like the little drawings that have a simple drawing of an animal or item on the top of the little abstract and you have one out of (not sure six or four) to choose from. But the picture is easy to make out.

Yes, the images are ridiculous sometimes. You pick the 3 obvious bus images and get it wrong because you missed the 4th image that only showed the left taillight of a bus going around a corner behind a tree! I feel like I need to examine each image with a magnifying glass before picking them.

Came here for this. It used to be only the Quick Create (which to me sends the message that Zazzle doesn't really want us using this feature), but it's ridiculous that now we have to do it for single items. It's not like I signed out and back in. It's not like it's suddenly not me doing the work. Please fix!

And I thought this was happening because the system thought I was a bot or something since I've been putting in longer than usual hours and off hours of the night to compensate for all the temporary distractions I've been having during the day here lately.  (storm cleanup)

i'm not, but I work like a robot.  Ever since the maintenance Zazzle makes me do the stupid captcha on every product.  Just because I open templates in multiple tabs and use notepad to copy and paste.  I am not using quick create, because I make mistakes that need to be redone.

I create the product, click it to publish, then it refreshes with the captcha button.

Yep. I think that is even more annoying since it shows up after I try to publish. Hopefully resolved soon.

It's still happening in all my shops this morning. At least I'm not having to click on the pictures each time, I just get the box to check, after I posted a few products.

Having this problem all day when I try to publish products. The worst part is it keeps bringing up additional puzzles to solve, even after I've answered correctly.

Now it’s just a captcha checkbox but the captcha image isn’t loading & when I am able to get the product to publish anyway, it takes me to an error page saying the product was removed or deleted by the seller (me!):

I wonder if this is an attempt to curb the annoying spammers that are throwing stuff up on a variety of products over and over again, whether the "design" fits or not. And repeating in stores with similar name formats. What I've been calling the "mass producers". If that's what it is, I applaud Z's attempts to curb them, because the MP is a mess.

But I agree, it needs to be seamless for legit designers.

Probably not an easy fix. And I could be wrong; maybe it's just a glitch.

It seems to me their CAPTCHA software ought to be able to distinguish between old and new accounts. It would make sense to require this for new accounts until they're sure the new seller is not a spammer. But, for those of us whose stores have been up for years, there is no need for this kind of verification with every posting. I'm hoping their software is sophisticated enough to figure out the difference. So I hope it's just a glitch that will be resolved soon.

Funny. Usually it’s the other site that’s notorious for having pre-holiday season disruptive glitches. 😂
