Categories and products in my store show as "not found"

Hello. I just set up a new store yesterday and added several categories and products. Today, I can see the products when logged in but when I click on any of my categories (in the store management area, not the front end like a visitor), I get "Sorry, no products found."

Everything here takes time to index.  Expect to wait 24 - 48 hours for most things you do to appear.  From time to time things take longer... and if things a "broken"/"buggy" after a week or so people will start posting about it in the forum.

The wait is caused by what we/Zazzle call indexing.  The site is constantly adding new bits for/from each store.  It takes time for all the added stuff to be indexed and shown publicly.

I see you haven't chosen a solution yet, which may indicate it's still a problem.

You might be able to see the products if you click on "All Products" from the left menu (laptop view).

If that lets you see the products involved, choose a product and then go to Actions > Edit Details >Categories and reset the categories.

There was a year or so when the Categories I chose when Posting for Sale just wouldn't stick and I had to keep doing this for most of my products. When I Edited Details and went to Categories they just weren't attached to a Store Category and sometimes not even to a Marketplace Category either.
