Categories not showing, products not showing, Something went wrong. 404, not an indexing problem

Hi everyone, im very frustrated, I just realized that out of 4 categories i have setup on my store, NONE is working properly,
2 out of 4 categories give me 'Something went wrong. 404 Error'
when i click on them from public view
and of the other 2 categories, 1 is missing all subcategories products, and the other is missing half the products contained in the category
-Everything is setup properly when I look at it from the store management view, everything is set to

I think we just have to wait patiently. This is happening all across the site and many creators have spoken up about it in the forums. So far I have seen no official response from Zazzle acknowledging that they even know about the problem.

The problem is not fixed but it has gotten better, I was unaware it was a website error and not something on my end, thanks for the reply

The same thing happens in my store - Categories and Subcategories get mixed up and disappear. This bug did not affect Collections and Products, as I believe it only affects Categories. Other Sellers have this problem too -
I specifically went from a computer and from a smartphone to the pages of other sellers, and there, too, every fourth person had an error in the Categories. I wrote about this to Support, let's hope this problem will be solved
