Category changes through product action button freeze window

Category change attempts through the action button in the product listing cause an endless loop and freeze the browser window. Category changes through the management section on the product page work.

Tested again, happens only on new products that aren't indexed yet, older, already catalogized/indexed items work.

Win 10, Chrome, Desktop. Noticed already weeks ago.

SAME HERE!

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago too. I thought it would be fixed by now. Just tried to add two products to a new category I just created and it stalls.
