Category Pictures Missing

I have lots of category cover photos missing, I cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers and the issue is still there.

Under store categories:

Cases, Tech and Travel

Apparel & Accessories

ALL sub categories under Home

Most sub categories under Officer & Organization

ALL sub categories under Cases, Tech & Travel

ALL sub categories under Apparel & Accessories

ALL sub categories under Cards, Invitations & Party Supplies

All sub categories under Holiday Shops

There are so many missing.  What is going on and I wonder if that is affecting my sales.

Hey @RG,

Apologies for the delay here.

I have taken a look at all of the categories and subcategories you mentioned above and they are all showing a cover image except one subcategory: OFFICE & ORGANIZATION > MAGNETS

When I checked that subcategory in the backend, you haven't added a cover image for it as of yet. All the rest of them are appearing as normal for me.

Hi Mark, I too, continue to have this problem. It's intermittent, and applies to different categories at different times, which is frustrating. Currently I have a few stores with store name icon missing as well. Is there someone I can email about this so I can send a comprehensive list of links to the various stores and categories?

I have the same issue. You can check my homepage on different browsers and I have different category cover images missing. I have missing images in my media image basket, in the design area, under the personalize this template and category cover images.

I don't think anyone is aware of it yet, but I'm sure other creators are missing images too. It can't be just happening to just a few people.

Hi, I posted about a similar issue approximately three weeks ago, but there is still no solution.

With me, it only happens in one category, and sometimes the avatar and store banner.

I am having the same problem. The cover images are uploaded into the category, but the category header is not showing the image.
The 'Holidays' category, and the 'Christmas' subcategories do not show.

I believe I figured out and fixed the issue.  I did my category photos In Canva.  If you are using that or a similar program then make sure each picture has its own unique name before uploading it to Zazzle.  I forgot Zazzle gets funny at times when using the same name on uploads.

I don't use Canva or anything like. I always use different names for all my category covers, but I still have category cover images disappear and some of my products are still missing the "placeholder images." I still think it has something to do with images and it's some kind of glitch in the system.

Me, too, but I did make my titles shorter, and made their names very, very different, so I'm hoping that helps with the glitch!

I'll try the renaming, but the problem is on Firefox, Waterfox and Chrome, there are different category cover images missing. When I am logged out and on different computers, I can go to any one of those browsers, on different days and check and there will be different cover images missing. They are never the same ones missing, it's just random.
