Re: Rustic Sunflower Butterfly Ephemeral Decoupage Tissue Paper
This tissue paper of mine, continues to drop it's cover image down to the next image when I see it.
1. Is my cover image acceptable? If so, why does it have a problem showing up? If not, how would I be notified?
2. Next, does the overall challenge of having different cover images affect the design color grouping?? Something clearly is affecting it, because on each color I choose, the defaulting image goes to the next image [not my cover image one].
3. Between all of the above, I no longer have a simple url, ending with my PID#. Why? Is it because of the above reasons?
Can all of this be fixed soon, so I can go about my normal business work? I would really, deeply appreciate it. Thanks, Laura

3. www.zazzle.com/rustic_sunflower_butterfly_ephemeral_decoupage_tissue_paper-256604132725543802
Just cut-off everything after the PID. Curious where you copied the link from though? I only get URLs like that that include product options in them on un-published designs or if clicking into a product from the Royalty History line where you often see different parameters added to the URL. Also, if you change the options on a published product and then share that, that's all in the URL. For example, I picked a different size and weight for your paper and then Pinned it and the link from the Pin back to your product on Zazzle becomes
https://www.zazzle.com/rustic_sunflower_butterfly_ephemeral_decoupage_tissue_paper-256604132725543802?size=17x23&style=18pound&design.areas=[digiwrap_tissuepaper_17x23_front]&social=true&view=113005831796988940&rf=238499276722080691
Don't worry about it, just use the base URL that ends with the PID. (Unless of course you want to lead people to size/shape/whatever that's different from the default you published at.)

Thanks for all your help, first! It all makes sense when you can understand what's going on and are able to share your knowledge. Sometimes, I just have no clue. And I really appreciate your insights, which I always learn a lot from you.
Actually, it could be the size difference, I had not thought of that. I'm so used to adjusting that for customers, that I probably forgot what the true size was at the time of my writing this.
Thanks again!

1 & 2. Your cover image shows up for me as the default view. It "drops" to the next view down when you change color options as that's the first Zazzle-provided image. If you are already on one of the Z-provided images, it stays on that same view when you switch colors. I think this is the way it should be as this way you can easily see that everything is the same except the colors. If it stayed on or defaulted to the Creator-made covers that are all different when switching colors it would be too disorienting.
