Edit product - message You do not have access to this page

I'm trying to edit a product by clicking Actions - Edit Details, a message pops up that says "Oops! You do not have access to this page. If you are the owner of this product, you must log into the associated account."  I am the owner and I am logged into the account I created the product on. Why is this not letting me edit my own product?

Yes this is happening to me as well. I also had a client email me in a panic because she can't access her design that she needs to order so it makes it in time to her by Sept 10th. She keeps getting an error message too: all of my designs that I made on Zazzle with you have disappeared! I can no longer access the trifold invitation that I sent (that I had based on the most recent program design on), and the design that I spent the last week working on and was about to order is just completely gone! It just says 'Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for.’ When I look for the design no matter what link I use or where I look. I was just about to order, and our wedding is on September 10.

Hope this glitch gets fixed soon!

They might have taken down your product for some perceived infraction. That happened to me last night! Without warning & in quick succession, I had around 15 products taken down. I don't know why, exactly. No email from Zazzle, not even today! 2 possible reasons: I used a photo from Pixabay as a template & I had a dingbat from Sugar Plums in it. I had recently made real gold foil versions of the original cards & did a copy & paste of the Sugar Plums dingbat, even though it was now discontinued but it still worked. In terms of the photo, I did not get permission from the photographer, but it is one that is plastered all over the Zazzle mp, used by a ton of other creators. So is that the reason? They also took down another card that used a different photo, also from Pixabay. I can't see anything in my titles or tags that would have triggered a takedown.

I bought another photo (super legit this time, no freeware) & remade 9 last night. I'll redo the rest today. I actually like this new (100% legal) photo better than the Pixabay one.

On the original cards that I made last year or the year before, I only had a couple of sales. One, however, I did sell a bit of. If this takedown is not justified, I would like Zazzle to restore it, please, if this is the case. PID#256050491352829520

I know they can do that because over a year ago, I had about 80 or 90 designs taken down (a title originally triggered it) which weren't justified (I legally had ownership of the art & proved it) & they were all restored after a couple of weeks of back & forth.

This is so scary when this happens! And it makes me realize how impermanent our cloud-based businesses are. Ugh.

@Scott, can I please get a response from you? Thanks.

All of my designs are original, I created in photoshop or I took the pictures. I just uploaded them and missed clicking a button, so I went to try to edit and got that message.

I just had another client contact me: Is there ANY POSSIBLE way you can print the wedding itineraries I customized yesterday for my destination wedding in Miramar Beach, FL????!! PLEASE.... i noticed the item is no longer available on the Zazzle site and put a lot of effort in to getting the pamphlet perfect. The design is really beautiful and would fit perfectly with our theme.

I received no notifications for any product removals from Zazzle. What is going on? This has to be some kind of glitch.

How do we get in touch with someone from Zazzle?

Mine are all original images created by me and were taken down so who knows

This happens to me too, from time to time and no email from Zazzle to explain. It can be very frustrating!

It's a bit late. I came here because I had the same problem. but for anyone who still has this issue, try log in with different browser.

I had this issue using Chrome (latest update), then I switched to Edge and found no issue at all.

Hi,

I am not an expert, but in my experience, the products are taken from the Zazzle marketplace not because of the picture, but some copyrighted tag or something you referred to in the title of the products. Have a look at this.
