Hi idraw, I've removed your link to avoid the spread of misinformation. Here's a few thoughts from my end:
1. I work in the engineering department here at Zazzle, and the website isn't down. As always, be careful who you trust on the internet. If you received an email telling you follow this link to claim your one million dollar prize! you would rightly be skeptical. The same sort of skepticism should be applied here, too. This website has a screenshot from 10+ years ago, and the comments are from a year ago, and they claim Zazzle has been down for 50+ days. Meanwhile, nobody here in the forums are talking about the website being down, and we're still fixing bugs that are reported in the Technical forum.
2. if the website is down AND the forums are still accessible then users should come here for information. When the website is down there's usually a few folks mentioning it in the Technical forum. In a situation like this, I'll either pop on the forums and mention that we're working on the down-ness of the website, or I'll be busy helping with a resolution. I will NOT be here claiming that the website is up when it's down.
