While adding images to new designs I get an error message. I get signed out of Zazzle every time I do this. I tried several listings with the same result. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

My problem was exactly like yours. One day, I clicked on the Sign In button on Zazzle, the little window that popped out for me to enter my email and password was the Google sign-in prompt. It wasn't the same window I usually signed in with. When I signed in, the problem started. Every time I uploaded an image, I got the same message you did, and it logged me out. It kept happening until I stopped logging in through the Google login. Maybe try a different browser. When it was happening to me, it only happened on my Chrome browser.

I had that happened to me a few weeks back. I think somehow I was forced to log into Zazzle using Google login or something, and that was causing the problem. What I did was just cleared the cache and cookies, then I was able to log back into Zazzle normally without going through the Google login, and that fixed the problem.

Still the same problem. When uploading any file I get this error message and get logged out of Zazzle. Here's a screenshot of the error message.

I got it to work by doing what Echo suggested. Cleared the cache and cookies, then I was able to log back into Zazzle and stayed logged in. Maybe it will work for you.

The constant logouts are at the ridiculous level. Like 10 per hour. The recapchas have also reached an insane level. One solve no longer suffices; I was getting sucked in to a seemingly endless loop of failed solves (at times as many as 12!) that I can’t imagine were all incorrect. Fortunately I discovered the audio choice which seems to reliably work with typing in 2 words of the often gibberishy (and sometimes shockingly political) phrases. However, the constant logins remain a major problem.
I never use the Google login, so that’s not the issue for me. I always login via Zazzle. This is the only website that has the issue. I’m using Safari on an iPad.
Zazzle, why is this happening? Will you please comment the issue?

I didn’t have to do the captcha when logging in for I think a few days now, so I thought they fixed it.

I have to do the captcha every time I have to Relog in which, as I noted above is every few minutes. I absolutely don’t consider it fixed.
