I've been trying to upload an image. I always get the same error message. Any insight on why this has been happening? What should I do to be able to upload images?

Is this image the Download Mockup image from a product? Because that message will come up if it's that. Other problems could be if you try to upload a file that isn't one of the types Zazzle accepts. You can upload png, jpeg, svg and ai pdf. If you try to upload tiff you may get that.

Thanks for your reply. This happens when I want to add a picture to my albums. And it is saved as svg type. I don't know what's wrong, but we'll find an answer. Thanks again.

I am getting this same message, the weird thing is that it uploaded other images that were even BIGGER just fine. I have taken the PNG and even turned it into an SVG to decrease the file size significantly and still getting the message, for this image..

Is there any insight as to why this may be happening?

Hi @Zmajosava, / @MontanaDiva

Thank you both for highlighting this with us. Could you confirm if the issue is persisting after the tips given by @KeegansCreation ? We'd I'll be more than happy to have a look at this if you need further help 🙂

This is still happening, what is most frustrating is that the orange upload progress line will literally get all the way to the end.. and then it gives the server error. It is like you are sitting there cheering the image on.. and then nothing..

I have tried PNG, SVG, different file sizes . Some times they load, sometimes they don't. They are all made in either Canva or Photoshop or and have successfully uploaded those same file types in the past. File size doesn't seem to have a bearing as some times I can upload 10,000 KB and other times I CAN'T upload 1,000 KB so it is random. I have shut off the computer, cleared cache of browser, I am using Chrome and really have zero desire to use Edge or Firefox, since those are inferior Browsers. Since Chrome works, and it is random, It is hard to pin point why this is happening. A search on Google shows that it IS an Issue for others besides myself.

PS. Uploading the same images to Redbubble, I get NO server error, so this means it is NOT on my end..

Hey @Roberta, thought I would update you here.
I have been unable to upload anything to Zazzle for a few days. These are all the same types of files I have uploaded in the past. The vast majority of these files are under 25,000 KB most are under 10,000 KB. They are all PNGs. I have over 1,000 images uploaded to Zazzle so this has NOT been an issue until recently.

Just as a test to see if it was Me or Zazzle..
I have uploaded these same files successfully to my Redbubble, and Amazon Merch accounts and also to Canva, all with zero issues.. so I know it is NOT on my end, in terms of my ISP or upload speeds. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer as well.

Here is a short video , you can see it uploads almost all the way and then the error shows up. Again, this is a PNG, it is about 14,000 KB, and I have uploaded MANY images larger then this in the past. This has now gone on since last week and over the weekend, so I have been unable to upload to Zazzle for over 3 days, YET I can upload this same image and other images just fine else where, so it is NOT on my end. Very Frustrating.

Maybe Zazzle might take a look at this issue as a search of Google shows that it is NOT unique to just me. The message I get is the same one that is posted in the original post here on this thread.  Seems like maybe Zazzle needs to take a look at their sever capacity issues as they become more popular.

It is rather frustrating to work on a project and be unable to upload it now for over 3 days. Thank goodness I have other platforms I sell on.. I hope this can be addressed, Thanks

@Roberta , for me I can't seem to upload SVGs. I have now taken to uploading them as PDFs and they seem fine but they are NOT scalable like an SVG should be. Maybe my SVGs were too complex to upload as they are of multi colored images. I tried SVGs from several sources. It isn't file size since the PNG file size is MASSIVE compared to the same image as an SVG.. I am working around the issue at this time, but yes, it was still an issue as of the other day.

Hi MontanaDiva,

Were you able to get this issue resolved?  I've had this issue twice in the last month and I haven't been able to upload my PNG or SVG files for 3 days now.  It is July 22 and I started a new thread on this but was wondering if you ever got it fixed and what was done to fix it.

I have the same problem with my svg file. My svg file is a very, very simple design. Just one color. No background.
I re-tried it by uploading a png file to see what happens. No problem.
Then I tried a different svg file which is a very, very simple design with two colors this time. Same problem.
So far, I have not seen any solutions in this thread. Could anyone pitch in a solution?
Thanks.

Same problem here.  Trouble for me is with PNG and SVG's.  I've been able to upload JPG with no issues.  This is the second time in the last month this has happened.  I've been dealing with it for the past 3 days.

MODERATOR:  Please look into this for us!  I can't do any new designs if I can not upload my images.

New to Zazzle and I am having the same problem. I can't resize the image no matter if it is large or small. Just get the error. They are all JPEGs. I am trying to make a calender, was able to get one calender to load with much difficulty, but the second one it has been days.

Same problem. Can't even send a screenshot of the error message via the online Help form because it gives the same error message when trying to upload. It's their site. Hopefully, it won't take 3 months to respond as I see the original poster asked this message in July and it's now October, and still no response.
