I don't know how long indexing has been down this time. I made some new products on the 15th that posted in a couple hours, and then didn't make anything else until 6/20... but everything I've made since 6/20 and beyond has yet to index/post publicly. Is anyone else having this problem again? I know it happens from time to time, especially while there are changes being made that we aren't aware of (this new cropping on the resize tool, eek! ????) but I just wanted to be sure it wasn't just me as I don't see any recent posts about it.

I'm seeing the same here. Anything I've posted since the 22nd has yet to appear in my store. They show up under collections so they are in the system, but nowhere else. I made 2 new categories about 3 days ago, and they redirect to 404 pages as the products in them aren't showing up.
Hopefully It's just a short glitch.

I'm also experiencing this, no new products are appearing in my store since the 20th of June.

I am also experiencing this issue. I am new to Zazzle and this has been rather discouraging since none of the items I have posted show in the products section or in the searches I have made. My first product shows I put it up for sale on 6/22/2023 but still nothing. Please help with this issue.

Whenever this happens, just have to be patient. We like to double check with others to make sure its universal and not an individual shop issue. But once others confirm they too are experiencing it, then we just have to sit back and wait. It usually happens when other sitewide changes are happening, I've noticed. So, for example right now they've been working on some changes in the design tool and indexing of new designs has been broken. Be patient, there isn't anything else that can be done until it's fixed and then your new items will push through and show up in your shop. I always say in the meantime, just keep working on your products. They'll be there eventually. Some days it works great, and you see your things live in a few hours (which I think is Zazzle's ultimate goal, but this is a HUGE site with so many new products being added daily, and everything else that goes on, so it's not perfect) or no later than about 24 hours. But sometimes it breaks for a few days or a week or so. It's frustrating, but in my experience everything eventually does show up.
If you are ever designing for a holiday or special time of year, plan way ahead. Just in case there are indexing issues. If you have holiday products posted months in advance you can be assured they will be there for when people start ordering for that season/holiday.

I just setup another product and noticed that the system is starting to index again. Products I uploaded days ago are starting to apper under new products on my public store. The engineers get to have a coffee break 🙂

Fix has been made, and indexing should be working as normal. With the indexing having been stopped, it may take another day or so for the indexing to get caught up with all of the products that were published in the last few days.
We'll be keeping an eye on progress from here. Apologies for the disruption this may have caused.
