I no longer see the number of keyword searches on any of my products' Insights pages. That part of the page is completely blank.

Hi @JessicaAmber,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue here. Can you provide a screenshot of the error and a link to a product exhibiting the error so that we can take a closer look at this for you?
Thanks,
Pádraig

I did notice that on one of my best sellers the keyword section on the insights area is back showing again (but not for all products). However, I don't think creators would like to show screenshots of this area because it is their personal store info and not something they would want to share publicly.

Here's a screenshot, it's not very helpful because as the other commenters have said, hard to take a screenshot of something that doesn't exist.
Link to a product that I KNOW used to show keywords here: https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_vintage_castle_illustration_wedding_invitation-256391895972932861

It's hard to take a screen shot of what doesn't exist. Insights used to list keywords and say if it was Zazzle or Google. Now I don't see any keywords on any product. I found that data very helpful and I miss it. I don't know if it is there or not, since it is not something I have any control over. Some products never showed keywords, others did.

Another helpful place to look is under the tags for a specific product -- often there is something underneath called "related searches" and I've found those very informative.

It isn't the same thing as knowing what exact keywords and phrases people used to get to my products and which products came through google. The other stuff is just conjecture.
