Invitations created over the last several months are not being made available for instant download

- all items created I have enabled downloads at the time of the product's creation

- products are not being enabled and instead are being placed under 'eligible' for instant downloads in the store backend

- I have further enabled these products several additional times.

- It gives you this notice " You’ve successfully enabled your eligible products for Instant Downloads! It takes a few mins to process and up to 24 hours for changes to appear in your store management."

 
- After several days the above message disappears and it is back to you having to enable the same items again
 
Based on my earliest stuck invitation, this has been going on since at least March

I'm wondering if this is just a problem on the backend. I checked a few that I created this week and on the backend they show up when I filter for "eligible" but not when I filter for "enabled." But if I log out and go view one of them, the option to choose instant download is there.

If you can post a link or two, I'd be happy to check your products and see if the option is there or not.

maybe it is just the backend.. still a tech issue though and its very annoying to keep seeing things there when they shouldn't be
