No new products indexed since earlier this week

Also new products are not hitting the uk site either. Products I made on 4th Jan - still not appeared (1 week ago) on store front.

Is it ok if I also add my technical issue to this thread or should I start a new post? I had to start over a couple of times because my products were only showing up under Collections and the links were visible, but there was zero visibility under Products in my store.

I started over (over 24 hours since the first batch of products were made) and I decided not to make a Collection section yet to see if they would show up under New Products and they haven’t. The only thing showing up is a product I deleted two days ago which is blank and goes to a default Zazzle page.

It's the same problem so keep it in this thread. Make sure all products are in a collection then at least you can see them on your store front.

A few of my new products just published. They were made on 1/7 and today is the 12th. So it will take time for it to fully update.

I'm new to this. But I have been trying to figure it out. The UI could use some work to make it more user friendly.

But, my first few posts showed up on my page pretty fast. Then I made over 10 more posts for canvases and a few other decor items, these posts are not showing up and it has been more than a few days. Then just recently, I tried posting a new product for a shirt. It showed up immediately.

Something else is going on. I contacted customer support a couple days ago. Hopefully i hear back on Monday. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I've checked if anything is set to be hidden, and it all looks like it should be visible. There is only two canvas and a pillow showing up from when i first started and the t-shirt, other than that, nothing.

i haven't made my page open to the public yet because i don't want it to look so empty at first. Good (not good?) to know I am not the only one. =(

It can take a fair few days for a new store to be set up as a lot of magic happens behind the scenes.

When you're putting new products into new categories - that all takes time too.

And when the website has a backlog publishing products to store fronts - it can take even longer.

I would open up your store and start creating/promoting your products so that the algorithm can start indexing your public products in the marketplace and you never know - you may get sales sooner rather than later.

There's no point in waiting. It can take months to fill up a store and along the way - you'll learn lots too.

It seems to be really wonky at the moment picking and choosing which go public such as this one did publish https://www.zazzle.com/yellow_polka_dot_birdie_postcard-256039198570781295 but this one made the exact same day did not publish on the public side of the store  https://www.zazzle.com/pink_birdie_postcard-256662506190887993 and several others in between are missing on the public view of my store as well between the 8th to the current looking like only 2 from the 10th is showing when I look at the public view of my store but there should be 30 from the 10th.

The indexer is currently catching up, so this isn't totally unexpected. It's a pretty intricate process, and it has to process an awful lot of information. I'd give it a bit longer to see how things look. I'm currently monitoring the process along with an engineer. Hopefully we'll be back up to date soon.

I wonder (for some time now) if Zazzle's indexer not could filter out blank designs? All those spam posts must be slowing down the indexer and don't really enrich Zazzle's market place in my opinion.

I posted a new design today and the first four designs suggested to me (I might like...) were white and the fifth one was black - this must be really boring for potential customers to look at.

Regarding backlog I noticed that the indexer is picking out of order (kinda) but that's ok, I'm sure my designs will eventually turn up.

Same for me. All my products created from the 12 of January are missing. 😩 

6 Days, during them I ‘ve created a lot of stuff for Valentines Day, and I’m quite desperate to get them in front of potential customers on time . (I’m trying to increase my own promotion, but It’s not sufficient !)

Not sure if this is site wide or just a few of us, but it's been a week since my new items updated. Zazzle never has been great at this sort of thing. They get there in the end though.

My products from 6 or 7 days ago just slowly started showing under my Products page. Luckily items were seen almost immediately under Collections. I guess people just have to make sure they’re uploading their graphics at least 6 weeks before a holiday or event to make sure the site has a chance to show everything.

Thanks to everyone for posting about this issue. I've been on Zazzle for awhile but struggled with slow internet out in the country. I just switched over to Starlink and have been going gangbusters on Zazzle the last couple of weeks cleaning up old listings and making new listings, but most of my updates and nearly all of my new listings are only in my store management page so far. I was so excited to get rolling again, but it kind of takes the wind out of your sails. It helps to know I'm not alone in this. I am not seeing a FIFO approach to getting my listings posted either. I guess the order doesn't matter as long as things eventually get posted.

I get the Email to say they will appear in 24 hours, but they don't. Oh well, Zazzle will get there, eventually.😁

Odd one here...

I added some wine bottle labels on the 14th of January. Some are showing in the front end of my store and some aren't. Last night I sold one of the designs, but it doesn't show in my front end yet. Happy to have the sale and I guess the indexing must be working.🙃

Got to love Zazzle for it's quirkiness.😂

Not sure if this is the same issue or not, but I've got products randomly disappearing from my store's back end. These are all products created today, so I wouldn't expect them to appear in the public storefront, but they're missing from the back end. However, if I refresh the page, or open a new page to view my products, some will randomly appear and disappear - meaning that if I open three different tabs with my products page on them, I see three different collections of products. None of them have all of the products, but the ones missing on each page are different.

I'm hoping this is just temporary, so I'll monitor it over the next few hours and if things aren't back to normal tomorrow I'll post the links to the products in question.

Mine now appears to be fairly up to date with things appearing on the front page of my store in 24-36 hours.

 

Same for me. It ‘s not blocked anymore.
