So I made a new collection and was checking all good on one of my products, https://www.zazzle.com/santa_beard_moustache_gift_red_white_ornament-175688573244701492
the collection didn't not show instead saw this... but there is the clicked over to 'next collection' (the one I am working on I presumed) so I clicked on link scrolled over to my new collection which showed up,
however when I then clicked to go to my collection 'Father Christmas santa beard graphic' it took me to the wrong page and instead directs completely away from all my designs and to random general page with other peoples collections on and takes my customers away from my designs 😫 this is where it went...? https://www.zazzle.com/collections not happy at all as I have been working hard at promoting myself and driving traffic to my designs...
Please look into this.

Was the collection created recently? I think I found the collection that you're referring to, and it was created today. I'd give this about 24 hours to index, and we'll go from there. Traffic on the site is quite high with the holidays being in full swing, so things might not be updating as quickly as usual. I'll take another look at this again tomorrow.

Yes, is this the default though? It would be better if it redirects to the stores collections instead maybe? But yes all fine now. The collection was new and I changed the name of the collection then got the weird link show up, if that helps. Thanks for the clarification appreciate it. All good now 😃

Sarah, I've checked and all seems to work as you want it now. It's currently the 30th, 7 a.m. ET on the US east coast. 😊
