Linkover History and Associates Account No Longer Accessible via Earnings - MyAccount

Some time ago access to the pages that house my Associates Account info along with Linkover History through my main page MyAccount disappeared.  I don't when exactly this occurred because I haven't been logging into Zazzle for some time due to stuff happening in my life.

Currently I have to access my Associate Account and Linkover History via a link I found in the 71 page PDF manual and had to save this on a separate browser folder on my computer.  My Associate Center page still shows my avatar, and from there I can access my linkover history (which has been very active).  My Linkover History page however does not show my avatar or any other of my ID but just a shopping cart symbol in the upper right hand corner of my computer screen.  I've put in queries about this to Zazzle Support and am currently waiting.

Has something like this happened to anyone else?  Is this some weird kind of glitch?  Does Zazzle have enough staff to handle all these problems that we seem to keep having?  Thanks in advance for any ideas/recommendations you all may have.

Perhaps post a screen shot of what you are seeing to help the Tech Team?

Which browser are you using? Is it web or mobile?

The difference I see on the Linkover History is that it's still the old style (similar to what you see on https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/summary) - i.e no chat icon whereas the Associate Center shows the new notifications etc

Thanks Sara_H for your input.  I work on a desktop PC.  The question for me is, did something occur (like a change in things, that I'm not aware of) to Creators'   Earnings-MyAccount page where the accessibility to our Associates Center was removed?  I don't see that anywhere but there used to be 3-tabs that gave me access to this.  Thanks again!

No change as far as I am aware of. You can see three tabs in my screenshot above. Perhaps post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Okay, this is definitely weird.  Perhaps Zazzle saw me complaining about it, but the 3 tabs have now reappeared (???).  I'm sorry to have been a bother (!). Definitely weird.
