When I try to go back to any of my products and hit the 'Manage Your Design' button and then in the drop down menu - 'edit design' at the top right hand corner, I get a zoom in big blur and the page never loads. Please note I have no problem going below to the regular blue 'edit design' button to edit it but I don't want to start over. I've called support twice, one associate said they click it and see it, the other said they can't. Waiting for tech support to email me back. It's been 3 days. Just wanted to know if that's ever a problem for anyone. Thanks in advance.

I think you must be imagining it, lol! Seriously, I don't know of any way to edit anything about a design (words, images, colors, etc) and keep the same product number - at least not now. As I mentioned before, they did a test run last year where some of us were allowed to submit edited designs for approval, but that feature went away at the end of the year and hasn't come back.
As far as I know, it doesn't matter which way you enter the design tool, it all works the same once you're there.

Interesting... just tried it out and got the same issue. I don't usually go that route though. If you just click on the "edit design" button, or scroll to the bottom of the personalize section and choose the button to open the design tool, it works just fine.

Thanks for the responses! I just wanted to edit a word in my design like I did the other day without having to sell a new one. If I go your route, it gives me a new product number, etc. Doesn't It?

Unless I'm imagining it, I thought I was able to go in and change the wording and keep the same product number...but perhaps I'm wrong. I guess I was thinking I could do this under manage your design. I would love for you all to tell me it doesn't matter which 'edit design' tool I use, I can't make any type of edits to existing products. Then I can move on LOL!

Ok, I am breathing a sigh of relief. Thank you so much for clarifying this issue! 😅 I was thinking that particular button up top was unique. I can accept that it just isn't working right, but I can use the other one. I can finally move on and I appreciate your feedback! Have a great weekend!

By "wording", if you mean title, description or tags - those are and always have been editable. Now that we have the new options panel at top of product pages, you can click "Manage your design" then "edit details" to make changes to those wordings. If you click "edit design", that's something different. That was part of a test with limited select designers to be able to edit the actual design without having to post an entirely new product. As such that option is non-functional; its for a feature we don't have yet.
