Many products in the backend store are no longer in the categories!

I thought earlier that they were completely gone.
But when I search among all products they appear.
I have now noticed this with puzzles, ring binders,
many designs for all bathroom products, blankets and much more.
What has happened there? Will Zazzle bring everything back into the correct categories?

Now many of my products no longer appear under public.
And a lot of things are missing in the back end.
I found some of these on the marketplace (just did some testing).
What if they are bought but are not in my store? Then won’t I get those sales?

None of my categories (except one) work in the storefront or backend!
The category name and picture show up in the grid, but when I select one:

In the storefront I get "Whoops! Something went wrong 404" or "No results for "" when I used the drop-down menu.
In the backend, I get "Sorry no products found"

Same here. Not showing in front or back and getting the 404.

However, a search in the Zazzle marketplace for something I know is in one of the categories does show up.

Same here! I hope they fix this! I have been driving customers to a store that won't show my products I've worked so hard on! So bummed out!

I have the same problem. In both public and back end views my items are not showing up in the categories that I have created. This is across all my stores.

I can find my products when I do a Zazzle search. Click on the product it shows the product and the collection. All good this far. Click on the link to go to my store and only the very old designs are appearing.

I have the same issue, now my products do not show up in my public shop or under the categories in the backend.

@plumb4me Same here. Saw yesterday in the forum that people's public shops were also affected but was afraid to check. Yeah, my categories content are gone as well, up to a certain created date (around 9 or 10/21) & my subcategories are empty.

I still see some of my products in collections, so I changed my public home page to show collections instead of categories or products. I did see some of my new products in the Zazzle search marketplace, but I have no idea if my products are showing up in Google or any other search engines. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

This is what shows up when I check my "Christmas" category. As you can see, there are several sub-categories listed. I know for certain that I have many products in this category, but they're not showing up. Can someone please help?

I am having this problem out of hundreds of products for my birthday category there are only 4 showing in public then in my kid's clothing category 0 are public. tea party category opens up to a "404 error page" I removed categories from public view because something is wrong.  I don't want customers clicking and seeing the error page.

This is still an issue. I've sent messages to Tech Support, including screen shots, with no reply. Has anyone heard anything?

I sent a message with screenshots this morning (I'm in the UK) but haven't heard anything.

I'm sure the response will just be the usual 'we know about the issue, we're working on it, thanks for your patience'. I had an issue with products not showing (to a lesser extent) last year, and never really got a satisfactory explanation.

I just visited my store via Bing and Chrome and products within categories are still not showing up, it's not just the backend. Not good.

There are ~five threads regarding this, and this thread has 53 replies, but I haven't seen a moderator yet. 😕

I still haven't recovered (monetarily) from my products going missing for six weeks last June.

Almost ALL categories not showing! Thought it was just my Christmas category, but many others as well! Collections seem to be working, but not the categories. 404 both on storefront and public.

The indexing problem appears to have flowed through to the public view, because now an entire top level category in my main store throws a public 404 error, which is not great to say the least. Other products throughout the store are also missing.

I'm having the same problem. I found out that the wax seals I made in JULY are still not showing up under the store categories I assigned to them so I started investigating and found out that for MONTHS, NOTHING has gone the right categories. The last item under my christmas category was created in SEPTEMBER 2023 even though I added hundreds of products more recently.
Even worse is my baby showers section, the last product that was added to the category is from 2021!!! WHAT IS THIS MESS???!!!!

My goodness people relax. As I write this post my products are coming back. AND YES, those "hidden" products that sold have their sales information intact. 

As the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy advices... DON'T PANIC!

Products from my categories suddenly disappeared . But , they are showing in all products .

Same issue. Categories filled months ago are empty. Products seem to still be in my store when I search, but my PAWSitivelyPETrageous storefront is getting little to no sales suddenly and the rating has gone from 8 to 6 because of this nonsense which seems to have been around awhile with no moderator input. So frustrating.

In the backend all my products have reappeared in the categories. In my public shop the products have not appeared in the categories yet.

In the backend, my products are showing up in the categories. In my public shop, products are slowly showing up in the categories.

My stuff is mostly all ok now too. Phew.

Getting there but not better yet. Not repopulated in public store but slowly starting to appear.
