Missing products reviews

Hi! I have some reviews for my products and I know they only show up on the url the buyer wrote it on, but I find they don't show up at all when I'm on the product page and want to see the reviews for that product only. It indicates that there are no reviews.... They are not new reviews, they have been there for months. Anyone else with the same problem? Maybe it's for the buyer's privacy? But what's the point of making a review that will be hidden...? Thanks in advance!

@Mariholly is it possible that the review was left on a non-U.S. domain?
I have found some missing reviews this way (U.K., Canada, Australia, etc.)

 

Not at all, as I have already indicated, the reviews are only visible on my profile in the main URL of Z in English, even if I change the language within the URL itself, I cannot see those reviews that are in Spanish, I am very familiar with that matter and I have reviews even in Japan. I am also Spanish and since the main URL supports both languages ​​I change from one to the other as I prefer and then sometimes I see one and sometimes another. That's not the problem. It's not just this design, it happens with all the ones I've bought. Entering with my account, with another secondary that I also use and without any account. Can you kindly check it yourself?

These reviews are one year old. The four-photo layout in the center doesn't have that review either....

Mine have all been moved and are only displaying under my main profile and NOT in various stores. 

Strangely enough, the only products with reviews still showing within the stores themselves are postage stamps(!) from around 2008. 

I'd love to have the reviews moved back to my stores and showing under the products themselves again.

I think reviews are very important, even if they are bad you can learn from them. But I think that here they do not have the relevance that they have in other places, it is not a criticism, it is just a comment. My reviews don't show up on my profile, if you're on another profile or no profile, my reviews don't seem to show up anywhere, but maybe this is some configuration thing I didn't do right. Don't know....

Ah... I do see the reviews under my main profile. But when I go to the product page for a product I know I had good reviews for (as a customer would see if they found it), it says "this design has no reviews yet".

When I click on reviews, I only have 5 and they are old ones. All the rest have disappeared, and I had some really good ones. I used to be able to click on the "reviews" tab and be able to see them - now I can't. And when I go to a specific product page that I know I had a great review for, it is gone and says "there are no reviews for this design yet". Where did they go?

 

Im missing one too, and since I dont have many that was very important to have. It also was a very good one and I appreciated it.

thank you!  But it doesn't seem like the same problem, maybe it's a derivative and has its origin there, I don't know... I haven't lost my reviews.  My reviews are on my profile and I can see them.  But no one else seems to be able to see them and above all, they do not appear in the product.  Each of our reviews must appear together with reviews of the product as such (cards, mug, etc.) and in reviews of the specific design.  I haven't checked the reviews for the product, but I certainly have checked the reviews for my design and they're not there.  Can you please check the reviews for one of your designs specifically and see if it shows up?  I don't know if they have never been there or if they have suddenly disappeared.  Obviously I can't know if they update correctly either since I don't know if they are leaving new reviews.  Sometimes it's funny that you've done something especially for a client and you expect a review, but you never receive it, sometimes they don't even say thank you, but the digital world is like that... (Hahaha! just crazy reflections... before to have breakfast)

In my case it seems like the same problem. I had reviews, quite a few, and they are gone. They don't show up under "review" tab and when I go to a specific product that I know had reviews - I can no longer see any reviews. It says "there are no reviews for this design yet".

Mariholly is reporting that they see product reviews in the Reviews Received section of their account, but those reviews are not appearing on product page.

klstock is reporting that the store's reviews tab is not listing all reviews. For example, the Reviews Received section is displaying reviews that do not appear in the store's reviews section.

It's possible to experience both issues. We hope to have these resolved very soon.

@Scott, is it possible that a review written on 5/18/2023 doesn't show up in general product reviews yet but does show up on my profile? I don't see them sorted by date, but this review should be at the top if they're sorted by date. Just a thought. Sorry for my poor English.

Looks like this was fixed today – all my reviews in my store are back! Thank you!
