Almost all of the items in my shop are missing in the store management view. Please help. Thanks!

Same thing happening with me.

Same for me, more than 90% of my products disappeared this evening.  Trying not to panic!

They are showing up on the public storefront itself, and in collections. So, I hope it's just some sort of glitch...

 6 THOUSANDS  OF MY PRODUCTS  ARE MISSING FROM ONE SHOP  !  FRO THE OTHER  ONE  2 THOUSAND !

  What is  going on ?

Same here. I had over 5,000 products in one shop, and now it says I have under 500. It happened after I posted a new product which doesn’t appear yet.

Same here, I lost around 6000 products

Same here, in backend. Only 518 out of over 8000. Everything seems to be there in public view, as well as collections in both public & backend views. I'm not going to keep checking. It's making me sick even though I know it's just a glitch. (I hope!)

Just got home from being out all day and looked at my store, and was shocked to see I only have 600+ products, should have 10k+, and when sorting on backend for Last Sold Date it is not correct and is missing a lot of newer sales since last one shown.  Did a search for some items via backend and not there, but looking via public view saw them. 

Looks like another new glitch...

I am also missing approximately 60 to 80% of the items from the backend view for all my stores. Just happened in the past few hours.

Was checking to see if they had fixed the created date - the thousand year old products.  Realised with a sinking feeling that most of my products, created over several years, had vanished.  Sighed, came to forum to find out if it was the usual Zazzle thing.  Looks like it is.

It would be nice if it stopped breaking.  Times are tough enough already.  Just trying to earn a little money here.

We're looking into this now. Very sorry.

Thank you, Scott. Having the same issue in my store, as well as duplicate on older products that I've been optimizing this past week, and problems with products being hidden when they shouldn't, as well as views not being updated. Do you think it's still okay to list new products, or should I just stop until these issues get resolved?

Same just happen to me. I was in the middle of designing. Thousands of my items and years of work just disappeared

Zazzle better fix it and restore everything.

I did have products missing, but they were just restored moments ago. Hopefully they don't disappear again.

Same. My products were there one moment, I updated the product description info on 1 product and when the page refreshed 90% of my products were missing, over 15,000.

I tried refreshing and it looks like most everything is back except for some products I made today. Thanks, Scott! I'll check back tomorrow to see if the newest products turn up. Fingers crossed! 🙂

I just made a product and it has completely disappeared. Not even in saved designs anymore either.  I just tried making it again (thankfully an easy edit of another product), and the new design again does not show in my backend.  I did this time at least open the product in a window before closing out the publish page, so I do know that it does 'exist'.

My products are back, but all the items I created for the last five days seem to have duplicated themselves. Does anyone else have that?

I have a mix of duplicates and missing items still.

Yes, I see duplicates. It's confusing because I don't know which item is the one I need to add media to or edit? Some say 2 views and another will say 0 from the same product.

Yes I have duplicates, but be careful deleting any one of the products just yet. I deleted one of the copies and it deleted both products, so I'm going to wait a couple of days and see what happens first, before I delete any products.

I to am having problems, the other day I published items for sale but they are not appearing on either the store pages or under the category I placed them under. Plus 4 new Father's Day greeting cards are not showing at all and when I go on my  X (twitter) account, they are missing after posting them a few days ago. Please help as Father's Day is coming up and I need my greeting cards to show on both X and here on my stores! Thank-you!

Check your store through the "View public storefront" option (or on an incognito tab), and see if the missing ones are there.
