Multiple issues with editing existing phone cases

Since there are a lot of styles of phone cases not available at the moment, I am trying to update them or if not possible, transfer them to another model or brand. I am running into a variety of problems. Manage your design > Edit details is what I use to change an existing style and these changes do not stick. Especially the market search category does not stick and will remain what it was. Then I am using the transfer tool to create new products for the ones that cannot be updated. However, when I search at the backend of the store for phone cases, these products do not show up. They do show in the regular products page though. There was a thread in the previous forum about editing changes not sticking. Thank you for your help.

Hi @Anne,

Sorry to hear about this issue. Can you please forward an example phone case this happened with? We also need what style it was originally set to and which style you change it to after.

In regards to the departments, please keep an eye on this thread.

I completely lost track of everything, sorry.
This is what I see on the product page of all products, sorted by newest:

But when I use the choices on the left and look at the phone cases, I see this (also newest first):

Choosing last modified dates are also all over the place with different results.

It looks though that after 2 days the search categories are updating. And all the phone styles that I changed a few days ago are not available any more, so I can start again 🙂

Not sure if that is planned to be back, but it looks like it needs to be replaced?

Thanks for all the info and the images, makes things much easier.

I believe this is related to the same issue as this thread. We are hoping to have this fixed very soon but I don't have an ETA at the moment.

In regards to sorting by last modified date, it seems to have updated correctly for me now. When I selected the option there were designs from 02/03/2022 and 02/02/2022 that were in the correct order. 

For the categories, I can see it is set to Gifts for her > phone cases. These look updated as far as products made on 02/01/2022, so it might just take a little more time for the others.
