I have no idea why this is happening. I was cleaning up some of my collections and discovered one of my puzzles is not looking right anymore!
In fact, my entire puzzle collection looked like it needed to be fixed. The view of this collection at first glance showed that some of the marketing displays were in the wrong orientation.
Yet, when I go to fix it the option is correct but not displaying properly. As you can see from these screenshots:
When I inspect the design for the One that is visually off, it looks fine in my designer... except the preview is completely off. And very different than the actual display inside the marketplace.
Is this a known issue and is hopefully being fixed? I am about to conduct a new class to help teach others how to use Zazzle. And I wanted to use this collection as an example.
