Saturday 6/7/25 Product not Showing in Back End.

The last 3 products I created are not showing up in my backend. Things have been great this morning, until now. Then I realized when I checked my new products that the last 3 are not showing up in the backend. Until 15 minutes ago, new products were showing immediately. Going forward, is this going to be like products publishing? Sometimes they publish pretty fast and other times they don't. It would be nice to know if this is going to be expected behavior. I will have to keep a list of where I am on my production schedule, so I know what I have done.

The same thing happened to me. So that's what I thought. But after checking the backend, I found my newest products to appear after some previous products created also today. The products are not appearing in the order they are created, bu they are all there in some sort of random order. Maybe so are yours?

No all my products that I made this morning were appearing as they should immediately. Then I moved on to transferring glossy posters from foam board signs. It stopped working. So I tried making a glossy poster without transferring it and it didn't work. So I thought maybe glossy posters were the problem and I tried transferring a sticker and it has not appeared in the back end. [update 10 minutes later] I just tried making a pillow from scratch and that didn't show up either.

How is this looking today? If you're still encountering issues with products not appearing in the backend please let me know which store you're viewing, and provide a link to the missing product (if possible).

Everything is working fine this morning. Published products are appearing as expected and in the proper order. (I don't check the number of products in my store every day, So I can't comment on that.)

Things were just fine all morning. All new products were showing just fine. Took a lunch break. Came back and created 22 insulated tumblers and zilch nothing is showing up. The I tried making an invitation and it didn't show up either. This is the third time, that I thought the problem was solved and then products stopped appearing. This seems to be the new normal. So when this happens is it safe to continue making products and trust that they will appear? I just need to know how to create an efficient production model.
[UPDATE} Well this is interesting. I decided to look at the one of the collections that should have the missing product in it. I went to the tile in the collection setup. Clicked on it and went to the add product. You know that narrow strip where you have to squint to see the product you're adding? Well there were all my insulated tumblers. I clicked on the right birthday and it added to the collection easy peasy. However, if I view one of the products in the collection, the insulated tumber doesn't show up below the product.
[yes, another Update] I tried adding the product from the top of the collection and the insulated tumbler didn't show up in the scroll down list. But when I clicked on the proper tile where the product should be, it showed up in the list. This might be, because I did add the product to the collection right after I created it. It just didn't show up.
[light bulb moment] i clicked on the hamburg link that let me go to the insulated tumber's product page from the collection. I was a able to see the product and all the other items in the collection under the tumbler.

same issue this afternoon. items can be added into a collection from the collections page but are not showing up in the store backend

Same as the last two afternoons. Worked in the morning, Then stopped publishing in the early afternoon. Is this when engineers start working on the west coast?

What I'm seeing is that products published in the morning post in the correct order, but then in the afternoon, all new products show up in the backend after the ones in the morning. So, all the pink stuff I made this morning, and then I just made the cream colored return address, but it's showing up after the stuff I made this morning.
Is your new stuff disappearing completely or is it just getting pushed to page two?

That's how it was for me a couple days ago when I last made products (Monday). Then if I edited one of the ones stuck in the front, it somehow booted it back to the right spot. If I didn't edit them, it took until overnight for them to move to the right spot.

So far today I’ve had no issues. Everything changed back to the correct order over night.
