No "Personalize this" button

I have noticed this on a couple of products. Template option is selected in Design tool, but there is no "personalize this" button on the product page.

Is the "Allow editing on product page" option turned on?

Yes it's turned on. Here's another example:

For the 'upshernish' product I have Personalize -> template fields on the product page when I visit the link so all seems to be OK there.

The funny anniversary card is weird. No template fields on the product page but if I go into the Design Tool, I can tell by the layer names of the text fields that you did set them up as template fields.

Yes, I have been noticing this as well. I assumed it was just a bug because when I would click again the "personalize" option would show up. It seems to be a glitch?
