No sell button

Is anyone else having a problem with new products and no sell it button? So frustrating. The personalize it button is there, but no sell it button. I tried to create a new card again, and paste the design, but still no sell it button. I am signed in. This has happened to me before. Ugh.

Make sure you've got envelopes set to white instead of "none" and that you have NOT checked the box to remove the Zazzle attribution.

Yes as Cat. Make sure you have envelopes and attribution not checked. It is a pain but thankfully easy to solve when you know how 😃

where is attribution?

Hi @dark444,

It would be located under the Attribution section on the main product page. If you are experiencing a technical issue or difficulty with a design, please provide a link to the design in question and we would be happy to take a closer look for you.

The answer is probably the envelope situation described above, but for anyone else looking in and wondering why there is no sell button, this post may help. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/share-your-tips-tricks/reasons-the-sell-it-button-does-not-appear-or...

Thank you very much. My issue was with a Christmas postcard. I ticked the attribution on and off and then the sell button appeared. Thank you all for your help.

Hi.  Is anyone else having an issue with their items not going into the marketplace?  I go to zazzle.com, put in my store name (CatsEyeViewGifts), sort by newest, and the last item to show up are things I created the mornign of 3/26!!!  Not even everything I've created on that day.  I've created about 60 products since then.  I'm starting to worry that there's an issue with my store or something that nothing is moving into public view.

I contacted Support and their answer is it can take up to 48 hours to get products into the marketplace.  Well, I told them it had been 5 days (at that point),  It's now been a week that nothing has moved.

Is there anyone that can help?  Are there other people having the same issue?

Thank You

Dawn Marie

Hi @homespuncottage,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. It may be an issue with the attribution or envelopes as your fellow creators have pointed out already. However, if you are still experiencing an issue, please provide a link to the design and I would be happy to take a look for you.

All the best,

Pádraig 🙂

i don't see it either. i tried all the "tricks" that were written on every forum. what should i do? could it be that my profile is not business or something?? here is a screenshot. it's driving me crazy! i have so many designs to sell and i cannot even start. EVERY template is like this; cards, menus, name it....zazzleeee.jpg

i finally realized that i need to customize it first??

but HOW do i put my own pictures of this item? see this vendrod: she has her own tumbnails.Clipboard01.jpg

You do it after you already published your product. Once you go back to your product, there will be a link above called “Media Manager”. That’s where you can add your custom cover photos.

Probably not your issue here, but I ran into similar problems of not getting the sell button when I used an image in a design for a product and the image was too low resolution.  Say it was fine for a small product like maybe a magnet or sticker.  But moving it to something larger like a poster, and “enlarging” the image in the design tool give you a final resolution that’s not good enough for the poster.  You’ll get a little yellow is on on the layer, and the sell button will go away due to what’s stated as an “error” on the image.   Took me a few tries to finally figure out it was a small image issue, and not something else.  (Hope this helps someone down the road)
