Last purchase: I cleared my cache / cookies and then went into facebook, followed my link, and ordered quite a few postcards from my referral link. I did not get my referral. I wrote to customer service and they sent back an email telling me I should have cleared my cookies which I told them I already did. How do I get my referrals - it was a large order -- or is Zazzle just deciding not to give referrals anymore? Or have they changed the way the referral link should be set up?
I've been using www.zazzle.com/store/CatsEyeViewGifts for the last couple of years as I was told to do. Always worked (if I remembered to clear my cache / cookies first). What has changed?
