Print Cut Sew Backpack problem

The layer for the right side of the backpacks is not appearing correctly in the design tool.  The green safe lines are on the bottom of the template but if you place a graphic there it doesn't show up in the preview.  If you place the graphic above the safe lines at the top it show up in the proper place on the preview.  The previews are hard to see with the chat button on top of it, but you should be able to see what I'm talking about.  Can I post my design with it in the top space or will that make it wrong if this error gets fixed?

The section you are looking at isn’t exactly the side. It is a piece that forms the side panel from the zipper pocket down and the bottom of half of the bag. It’s previewing properly for the piece that it is - look at the bottom view too. If you want the graphic to appear above zipper pocket/side mesh pocket, you’ll actually need to place it on the “top” panel - as it wraps around to form the top and sides above the zipper compartment.

Sorry but no, it is not displaying correctly.  Check the top example--I want the graphic to be right behind the mesh pocket.  In the top example I have it placed it within the green safe lines and it doesn't show up in the preview at all.  In the second example I place the graphic outside of the safe lines at the top of the piece and it shows up correctly in the bottom section behind the pocket.  If, in fact, that piece wraps around the side AND the bottom then the safe lines are in the wrong place.  I can just leave it there and get what I want but my problem with that is if they do fix it then it will be wrong.  I don't want to have to do it over and lose ranking because of lost views and sales (I don't have the to option to correct a posted product).
