Products not being indexed, again! Attention mods

It’s happening again.
Last product  indexed on 2/6/23 at 7:30 pm. Over 90 products created since then have not been indexed, it’s been over three days now. Is the server “working from home” and watching tv?
Please give it a hard jiggle, a good speaking to, a reprimand this time, and get it moving again, and thank you.

Same For Me! Also the new insight tool doesn't show me ANY views on any product, it only will show orders.

Thanks Scott, I just sent links to you via chat. This also happened on 1/8-1 /13 and I sent links via chat to you then, that info is still there. Why is this continuing to happen?

I'll correct my comment above: links to products is far more valuable than screenshots. If I have a list of Product IDs then I won't be left wondering which store the screenshot is from (many Creators have multiple stores), and it'll avoid a situation where I need to log into a customer account (and then run the risk of forgetting to log out).

I sent a link via chat to the product where the views stopped on 2/6, I also sent a link to all 4 pages( of zero views) 

Normally by the next morning, my products posted from day before have a view of 1.

Look at the last chat about this same issue (from1/13)and you can see that it is happening again, same as last time. Last time it took from 1/8 to 1/13 to get it fixed.

I would agree that if your product is receiving views in the store backend that it's probably visible in the marketplace. But the opposite isn't necessarily true - the views counter isn't always good indication that your product is visible in the marketplace. Two reasons for this:

  1. It's possible for your products to be in the marketplace, but receive no views. (Perhaps not likely, but certainly possible)
  2. It's possible that the views counter is broken. (it's currently broken right now)

Your previous messages to me in Zazzle Chat are about the views counter not working. Again, not the same issue as products not being visible in the marketplace.

So, that is exactly what I am talking about, the views counter, you said it’s  broken again. Same as last time. (There is a miscommunication,I never mentioned or asked about products not being visible in the marketplace)

In the Market Place for my only store zazzle.com/jlw_photography 3,455 products are listed when sorted by Popular and only 3,451 when sorted by Newest.  In the backend 3,687 products are listed when sorted by Public, while less than 100 have been created from 2/1/23 to date.  There is a difference between the Market Place and backend of public products of 230 that I believe can not be explained by an indexing timing issue.  Can you please help me to understand the discrepancy.  I can not list of Product ID's as I only now became aware of the discrepancy.

I also receive notifications of Likes (very few, but still important to me), but in the backend stats no likes have registered.  It appears that the few that have registered are only from 2020 and none since.  Some followers have liked products and those have not registered.  I would not know that any were missing if not for the "new" notification bell system and checking followers information.

I don't know if these two issues are related in anyway or if there is any others issues going on.  I truly would appreciate my account could be looked at, if possible.

On my end I have had 0 views for 3 days, which as someone above stated, would be since the 6th.

There must be a slow indexing issue again - things I created 3 days ago have not yet posted.

Anyone else? Wondering if it is just me or if others are having the slow indexing problem too. I have looked in various indexing threads but don't see any new comments on them.
