Sale/transaction canceled after he was approved and green.

One of my last sale/transacion was confirmed after the pending period and highlighted with green as usually. After about 1 week it became red and canceled from total earnings.

Someone can say me something about that, please?

I really hope it is just a techincal problem. So I wait it is restored asap.

There are rare occasions when Zazzle does give refund past the 30 day mark. Maybe there was a death in the family, wedding was cancelled or maybe you ordered stuff for a birthday party you're traveling cross country for and you had to cancel the trip cause you got sick. Zazzle is very inclined to try and keep customers and I cannot fault them for that. If someone ordered something they aren't going to be able to use I would also offer a refund out of goodwill.

@osea

not a technical error. over the past 8 years, I've had orders cancel after clearing the 30-day period, and in a few cases, many months after.

customers don't always receive their order within 30 days. when it does arrive (late), it may not be needed as their event is over; or, it is damaged. all of which are possible explanations for the cancellation.

Thank you for explaining about the issue. I understand there could be these kind of problems. At this time I just looked to my reports and I cannot imagine about that. I think the delay of shipping of 30 days or more is liability of Zazzle or carrier, so, following rules, designers should not be disvantaged for this. I saw also my rank went down after that...

This is true. I've had orders turn pink weeks and weeks after they've been cleared. It hasn't happened very often thank goodness.

thanks for replies. I just looked into Zazzle terms and I cannot find explained more about this point. If what happened is approved from Zazzle and his terms, there's no issues. However I just find it very strange.

I perfectly understand, here I just saw earning was confirmed, highlighted in green. So, it made me doubtful about the case.
