Saved Designs Not Deleting 4.18.2022

Hi Scott,

I've noticed since mid-March the products in Saved Designs I deleted won't go away. This morning I noticed a few that were successfully deleted in early March have come back. What do you need from me (if anything) to help fix this issue?

As of today, November 4th, I am still experiencing the same issue and can not delete any of the saved designs that were published to that folder after using the "replace product" tool.  Is this still being addressed?

I noticed the same thing the other day and wondered if maybe I just thought I'd deleted them. Glad to know it wasn't me.

I have a couple I've been trying to delete for 6 months and they keep popping back in.

I have the same issue. 

Most of mine are designs that I was temporarily allowed to make edits (Replace Product) and submit for approval. I believe the changes have already been approved, but they still remain in my "saved designs" area, and I'm unable to delete them.

Another design that I had stuck for a while was one that I tried to do a collaboration on. After I went to the "Collaboration" tab on the messenger area, and deleted the thread related to the design, I was able to delete the design from my saved designs area. 

But the ones that were part of the "Replace Product" feature are still stuck.

When you go to Saved Designs and delete the product is the product never deleting, or is it deleting then reappearing after you refresh the page, or is it reappearing a day/week/month later?

@LMGildersleeve I just deleted those two products from your Saved Designs. Let me know if you notice them in the future. I'll check back on them later today.

The ones I can't seem to delete are 2 that were collaborations. I click "delete" and they go away for a few seconds then the page refreshes and they're back. I've deleted the messages that these were attached to and still no luck.

Hi Scott, 

When I delete an item or group of items, it does sort of a double refresh where I see the items disappear from the screen, then immediately reappear a second later. These are all products I'd submitted for "Replace Design" which I believe were approved and public as a regular product now.

ALSO, a collaboration item that I had deleted a few weeks ago, has now reappeared, and I cannot delete it.

If you are able to get into my saved designs, I have been trying to delete anything from 4/11/2022 or EARLIER (so that I'm only left with about 3 random newer items).

All of my saved designs are products that have already been approved through the replace product tool. The saved designs go back as far as July 16, when I started using the replace product tool. I can not delete them at all.

This issue is still persisting for me. Is there anything I can do to help, or anything I need to do to help the save designs be able to be deleted?

This issue never went away for me. From 12.21.2022, 3.19.22 to 4.24.2022 30 products will not delete.

It all started when I was submitting products to be edited during the Graduation Select process. My hunch is 29 of those products 3.19.22 to 4.24.2022 are stuck in waiting by those who were reviewing them.

I have 4 new products that are added to the 31 current products that can't be deleted. I can confirm they are all products that were sent to have date fixes done just recently and during the graduation select process.

I have two mugs in saved designs that were replaced products, and as with other people here, the mugs refuse to be deleted. Anything else that was saved can be deleted.

I'm still having the same problem too. The product replace saved designs will not delete. They have already been approved and changed to the new design.

I can delete all other saved designs, that I did not use the product replace on.

I'm still having this problem with about a third of my replaced products. The products themselves have been updated, but I can't delete the Saved Designs no matter how many times I try!

currently, I am 21 pages deep in saved designs that refuse to stay deleted (that's some 489 designs as of this morning).

may I have designs for dates 7/14/2012 through 8/11/2022 deleted, please?

I'm also experiencing the same issue as of today.  I have pages of designs that were modified and have been approved (all related to the blooming elegant font that was auto-corrected but didn't work out for me) but I can't delete them from my saved designs folder.  I select, hit delete, confirm that I want to delete.  They disappear from the page and then upon refresh or moving to another page in that folder, they reappear.  I've tried multiple times.

I have no problem deleting all other saved designs.

Well, I'll add to it since it's now October 8th - I have 5796 designs in Saved. I CAN NOT delete them. They process by clearing the page on the screen then immediately reloading the same images. I don't want a blanket delete as there are a few on the first couple of pages I'd like to keep for the time being. Months and months they are collecting in Saved. Please fix this issue.

I stopped using Replace after just two mugs upon discovering I couldn't add text template, but even though they weren't replaced, they are nevertheless permanently Saved. Only two items are easy to ignore, but for those of you with a lot of them, it must be making your life difficult.

So perhaps just clicking on the Modify Design button is the culprit?

I still can not delete any of the saved designs, from the replace product. I have tried to delete over and over, but they're still there, so I stopped trying and not gonna worry about it, until they find a solution. When I click on the saved designs now, sometimes I get the "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for" or the product will still be there to modify. I don't think it makes a difference, if we click on it or not, it's seems to be some kind of glitch. I can delete all other saved designs.

I have a question about the saved designs. Will the saved designs automatically be deleted after 6 months? I still have the saved designs, as far back as 7/15/22, from the product replace. Will they disappear in January 2023, that will be 6 months?

It has been over 6 months and the replace product items are still sitting in saved designs (folder indicates unused saved designs are removed after 6 months) and are still unable to be deleted.
