Shifting products between categories - been a week now

I shifted a number of drink sachets from here;

to here;
https://www.zazzle.com/store/dialogue_design/products?cg=196804087499959426

I made the changes a week ago now but they aren't yet in effect in the back-end, let alone public. Luckily the products are still visible to the public in their old location, but is Zazzle working through a backlog when it comes to shop changes at present?

There seems to be some glitches and delays when changing the category of products. I have been waiting for almost two weeks on some products.

Same here.

I also moved products to another category over a week ago and nothing has happened.

This takes far too long. I am currently reorganizing my store categories and with this speed it might take me until Christmas to get anything sorted.

I created new items on the 6th. I always set them for NEW PRODUCTS. They still do not appear.

As a check, I went to the UK site and they do not appear there either.

On a bright note, I can not used FIREFOX on the .com site, but it seems to work on the UK site ????

There has been an issue with store categories not updating since 7 June -  new products not appearing in store categories despite being available to the public, appearing in search, etc and older products being moved not moving / appearing in the intended category.  This is affecting multiple people.  I have emailed zazzle but just getting standard replies back so not sure they appreciate there is a problem.

I called them and just got off the phone with a lovely gal who took down everything and screen shots and sent it off to the ones that fix these issues. So hopefully we will all see  or hear of something very soon. She also said that she will send me an e-mail update when she can

Checking on this thread to see if any action has been taken. Also ready for products to be placed in categories, and or a new category.

Just chiming in. I've got items I attempted to move earlier in the month, and the categories still can't be seen on my shop front because they're still "empty".

I had a reply from Zazzle support today as follows:


"It turns out that there is a known issue with Categories not updating at this time. 
 We don’t have an ETA as to when they will be updated, it might take a while for the site to update.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further questions or queries then please don’t hesitate to get in touch."

Now I can not even see them the way I used to be able to. I hope this gets fixed soon as I am not about to call them again. Agues it needs to get worse before it gets better?

I hope they get it fixed soon. I currently have 52 prints and posters that haven't populated to their category yet. Nothing has moved for me since 6/8/24.

Without our categories populating as they should, it can make it more difficult for our customers to find what they are looking for. I am looking forward to this being resolved and to be able to see my products in their categories.

I just started my store this week and have the same issue.  This makes it awfully hard for a newbie.  At least I found this thread so I know I'm not going bonkers.
