There has been no update on this issue yet. I have asked the team for an update now. I will let you know if there is anything of note.

I have to admit this issue is EXTREMELY frustrating and annoying. I have the same issue with so many different products. I waste time making new designs because it only says this "color" is sold out. Then I find out they're completely discontinued.   Or else I delete a bunch of items because they're "discontinued" and it turns out they're only sold out.  This has been going on forever. PLEASE ask the team to put a RUSH on this issue. If the designers don't even know whether something is discontinued or not, how are the customers going to know???

just to clarify, we are not just making a list. This is a technical issue ongoing for over a year. Products should not be marked as hidden and removed from marketplace or ability to design new products when they are not actually discontinued and are only sold out. Also a product that is sold out should not be labelled as discontinued in the back end

When I use the "Discontinued" sort option I see the following products; shortbread cookies, journals, floor mats, foil wrapping, ecru favor bags, scarves, pacifiers, May28th Watches and Otterbox iPhone 11 Pro Commuter case. They all are only either "completely sold out" or "out of stock".

The Incipio iPhone Case is listed as Discontinued as if it were only out of stock (orange text) in the back end. However, on the product page it says it is a discontinued product.  Example Product ID: 256548554689628302

I've had the same issue with wood wall art, wood posters and snow globes - haven't seen those mentioned yet.
