Store completion % dropped

Hi! I have had my store completion at 100% for as long as I can remember for both of my stores and yesterday I noticed they're both now at 85% because it's saying I need to provide a profile photo and name. When I click, they're there. I didn't remove anything. Anyone else seeing this? I'm guessing it's a weird glitch, but didn't want my zRank or anything else to be affected. Thanks!

After I posted this, I got a notification telling me to complete my member profile.

That happens to me occasionally and I usually hit refresh and it goes back up to 100.  I have never gotten a notification about it though so that may not work this time.

Same thing happens to me as @Malissa. I also hit refresh & it's back up to 100 until the next time it screws up again.  😂

Has anyone had an update on this? My profile is complete; but, it is still showing "Provide your profile photo and name". It has been that way since I opened my store a couple of months ago. And, I get the notification once in a while that I need to complete my profile. My store completion is only at 50% because I need to do a lot more collections; but, I would at least like to get the profile part shown as complete.

I figured out my issue. I needed to add my last name. After years of only having my first name on there, I added my last name and I was back to 100%.

Thanks Lea. I thought that might be the case. I'm using my shop name with no last name. I guess I will have to change that. Thanks again!
