Trouble Posting Collection to Pinterest

Generally I have no problem posting a collection to Pinterest. This collection, though, will not post -- in Pinterest, it just posts as a blank screen. Any thoughts on why this may be? I can't see anything different about this collection, so I'm not sure why this one in particular is causing trouble.

Hi @jennifer22 yes, I had this problem once too, and I discovered that one of the items in first five in the collection was causing the issue. In your case, it could possibly be the item you have with the pen in situ. Try moving this item out of the top five, or change it to another view (without the pen) then give it a few minutes and try to share again. If this doesn’t work, try moving the other items around instead. But in my case, it’s usually the insitu with the pen that causes the problem. Hope this helps for you.

I seem to be having the same issue as @jennifer22   i have tried your suggestions @Sandra- with the pen issue and moving them about and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working for me. My other collections are sharing okay to Pinterest. What do you think is going on? Perhaps a fresh pair of eyes will spot what’s wrong with my collection

Hi @PennyDrop I see you have 3 thumbnails in the first 5 of your collections with the peg in situ. Either change to one of the other thumbnails (without the pegs) for these ones, or move these three out of the first 5 in the collection. Once you have done this allow a little time for the collection to re-index or the new thumbnails to appear before you share the collection. This should work, I believe it’s something to do with the URL links of certain in situs that causes the issue if they are in the first 5 of a collection. Hoping this solves the problem for you.
